I’m not sure if the gentleman who is usually at the drive-thru window is the manager or the owner, but he is absolutely phenomenal. He goes above and beyond every time, and what means the most to me is how kind and patient he is with my dog, who can be reactive and protective. “I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

“There are a few Dunkin's in my area that I go to, this one is by far the most consistent! The staff is always friendly, the food is always hot, and my coffee is always made perfectly! I cannot reconcile the negative reviews posted here with my experiences at all. There was only one person working and he was slinging lattes, donuts, coffee, complicated sugary drink order from a bunch of high school kids like it was nothing. And he was smiling the whole time. I tipped him big both times because he was working his tail off. I seriously don’t know how he was getting drinks donuts and a smile out so fast. He was like an octopus back there. And not to mention I’m sure I wasn’t the only customer with flight issues so people likely weren’t that friendly and he was smiling the whole time.“

For some reason other dunkins tend to miss the mark depending on the size and are not consistent with the flavor of the drink.
