“I want to give a big thank you to Kadince at Cold Stone Creamery. My apologies if I spelled her name wrong or got it wrong. I ordered a cake for early morning pickup on Saturday, but I thought I scheduled it for Friday (today) and drove to the store by mistake. Kadince was so kind and helpful, she went above and beyond to make it happen and let me take the birthday cake home today. She was pleasant, patient, and had such a great attitude.
