My experience at this Wendy's was very horrible, so I got off of work. One morning had a doctor's appointment. Wanted a cup of ice went up to the front window

Service SUCKS! STOPPED IN FOR LUNCH. CASHIER RUDE! HAD AN ATTITUDE. ANOTHER LADY NAMES DOMO OR SOMETHING HAD AN ATTITUDE AS WELL. I JUST ASKED FOR EXTRA BBQ SAUCE. LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS CRAZY. NOTHING BUT HOLLERING TO ONE ANOTHER. JUST BAD SERVICE... 😮💨
Please bring back an experienced manager during peak hours. Came in to get lunch for my lunch break. Waited in line for 15 mins before someone can even take our order. Had people in line just walk out because service was so slow and lobby looks like a disaster. Either lack of leadership or understaffed but completely unexceptable, corporate team do better.
