Please if you come here respect this man’s craft. He is just one man and he makes the dough and sauce himself. Sam’s a bit hard to understand but he’s hilarious and friendly. “We visited Garzanelli’s Supper Club while staying in Oglesby on our way to Wisconsin. We were amazed that we could finally get an old fashioned after living in the south for three years where they didn’t have a clue how to make one! I got the chicken Parmesan with meat sauce, which was better than any other one that I have had in decades! My husband got the Prime Rib which he also stated it was the best cut he’s had in ages! Too bad we don’t live here full time or we would be regulars at this classic supper club.”

“Cozy neighborhood style bar, with good decor and sports on TV. Empty when we were there less one other couple, but I suppose it's fun when there is a crowd. Prices are good for beer and liquor, bathrooms were spotless, as was the rest of the bar.”
