It is obvious that the owners of this location are suffering badly…. Even the cashier commented that “they are too cheap to buy that..” when I requested sweetener for my ice tea. While making my sandwich I asked for tomatoes and the “artist” first threw on 4 (for my 12”) and I commented it is suppose to be 6… three per side and the guy had to get manager approval for six tomato slices…and to make it even sadder he did the same thing on cucumbers! They did a terrible job with our to-go order. They did not include the avocado in my Cali protein bowl, and they didn’t include the dressing, either. So I had a bowl of plain lettuce with a wad of cold bacon and was too far away from the store to go back and fix it. Very frustrating. This was completely unacceptable given the high price point for the new menu items. I do not recommend this location at all.

The last few online orders have been a bit messed up. The most recent a couple weeks ago had no meat on the sandwich.I didn't take it back only because I was too exhausted to drive back &show it to them.Normally they are decent about getting orders right.
