“Excellent sandwich, been quite awhile since I visited this location, Sandwich was much smaller than the ones from the past, used to have to hold it with 2 hands, upsize on price but downsize on bread. Smaller bread smaller amount of ingredients.“

“Went to Uncle Pete's Gyros yesterday and had the best experience tge food was amazing and staff is so great . The owners knew we were celebrating my moms heavenly birthday and came out w a special dessert to help honor her ❤️ they let us share our memories of her and her love for there family and gyros . “I had to give it a 4 because it was awkward for the majority of the time I was in here. I came in to order a sandwich. The young guy at the counter helped me. While he was making my sandwich, a girl came out from the back and asked me what I was getting and what I wanted with my sandwich. So, she had me pay even before my sandwich was finished toasting. That’s odd? Is it not? So as soon as I paid, she said to the guy, okay I’m going to the bathroom.

Here’s the thing. I think She rushed me into paying because she needed to go to the bathroom? What I can’t figure out is why she had to come in and take over for the young man. I really feel as if she emasculated him. I’ll bet he’s capable of helping me through the entire interaction. I was really bothered by how the young man was treated. It was subtle, so he may have thought nothing of it.

Aside from that, the restaurant was very clean. I love that!

My sandwich tasted great. No issues whatsoever regarding taste or presentation …….however………After my bill was $16 and some change for one sandwich and one drink. I remembered the reason why I don’t go to subway anymore. That’s an unreasonable price for me to pay for a sandwich and a drink. I likely won’t go back.“

“I have allergies and the two ladies that were working tonight was brittany and sabrina, they were absolutely phenomenal, they went above and beyond, everything was great from the food to my visit. Their customer service skills, people need to go visit there and act more like them to get the customer service that you're supposed to get. Unlike a lot of places, i highly recommend coal valley subway ,
I just hope they're, like the other subways, can continue taking coupons cause I know there are other local subways. that does not“

“The woman working tonight was amazing, she was so sweet and made my sandwich perfectly, just how I asked. It was really close to closing time and she had a long line but her attitude did not change once. She was polite to everyone, She wore gloves and changed them when needed, & she made me a delicious sandwich!! To top it all off I think she was working by herself, nobody was helping her that I could see. I didn’t get her name but she deserves recognition!“
