It was crazy. We couldn’t even get close to the area for pre orders. We sat there in the long line, and my phone rang. It was one of the kids that works there asking us if we were there and what car we were in. I felt bad having him walk all the way out to our car, we were pretty far from the restaurant and it was snowing kind of hard. But the young man came out to our car with our order. He had a huge smile on his face and apologized we had to wait! I was very impressed with him, and wish I would have gotten his name. These poor kids trying to direct traffic and run orders and all with smiles on their faces. The managers should be very proud of this crew!“

“This is not a ‘sit in’ place. I think they only sell ice cream treats. No cooked food. Depending which staff you get, you will get a generous size soft serve cone or a minimal soft serve. No middle ground. Hope you get the generous one!

Parking: Small lot but this is not a dine in facility. Most would do drive through.“

“I came in today with a group of individuals from Open Door Rehabilitation Center, and we had a lovely lunch! Matthew was the kind employee who took all of the orders for our group. He was super sweet, diligent, and patient! I had to make eight separate orders, all with cash and all with receipts, and he made it as stress-free for ME as possible, even though there was a very large line behind me! He was very friendly and sweet, and is the reason I wanted to leave a review today! Everytime I come here the food is great and service is kind, but Mathew's service made it extra special this visit.

“Ice cream is amazing and very reasonably priced. I have a dairy allergy and they have delicious water based ice cream I can eat. However, the hours on their door and on Google are not always correct and they are not always open when they are supposed to be. It’s ok for me because it is right by my house but I would feel bad for someone who drove far. The parking lot is very difficult to exit and there was once a cricket in the ice cream which I feel is slightly concerning.“

I most recently ordered a specialized birthday ice cream cake and was very happy with how accommodating and detail oriented Melanie was. The cake looked and tasted great. I highly recommend going into the store to order cakes as the online ordering process wasn't super user friendly.

“I just wanna say. This place.. is perfect. I'm an Amazon driver and whenever I'm in the area doing my routes. I always stop in. No matter what. This place is absolutely amazing. The staff are absolutely kind and welcoming. The establishment itself is vibrant and clean and always plays good music. I've stopped in before and had their carne asada torta and it was insanely good I highly recommend it. But what do I always stop in for? The Elote. I've had so many Elotes from so many different places and none of them compare to this place. It's absolutely delicious. Like I said I always stop in. I cannot recommend this place enough.
