them was able to compete with these guys. chickens always SPICY, crispy, flavorful and tender. they have a great selection of beers and all of their sides are delicious as well. they added milkshakes a while back and i finally tried one, it was perfect to bring down the heat of their hot spice level. the staff is always extremely kind and respectful. i love coming here and i would eat here daily if i could.“

“I had place an order of boneless wings for an event around 3pm for it to be ready at 9:30pm. They were so kind to accomodate the time. Pretty much had the food ready as I got there. Ali, who attended me, was so kind and provided wonderful service and everyone at the event finished everything and thought it was delicious! I do want to point out that I have been going to Wing Snob for some bonesles wings and I gotta say that the batter at this Brown's Chicken was lighter and didn't make me feel so bloated. “One of the better Popeye chains around! Right behind Menards, easy parking, good customer service. Made an online order about 5 mins before arriving. By the time we got there, they quality control was finishing up. We ordered 16 tenders but got several extra! We also got extra honey mustard! Definitely a solid Popeyes, enjoy!“

“So happy to still have a Browns Chicken available to get chicken & fried livers at... mine near where I lived unfortunately closed (off ogden ave)... but happy to find this gem on my route home... so if I want to pick up dinner on the way home- its convienently on my way... fried chicken and livers were perfectly cooked, and like trying the new fried zuchini rounds, tasty :) the service was friendly & very helpful and the place was clean and cheeful :) will be coming back - and so happy we still have Brown's Chicken in business :) Very happy :)“

“The car wash next-door is extremely loud. So she kept having me repeat my order. I asked her if she could hear me or if she would prefer I pull up to the window. With an attitude, she says “I CAN hear you!” I start repeating the order for the 3rd time and she says “can you speak a little louder? I can’t hear you.” No, but I can pull up to the window. I asked her to fry my shrimp fresh. Seafood is nothing to play with. I do not want shrimp that has been sitting under a heat lamp waiting for a rush. I wait at the window about 3 minutes and she passes me the bag. I say “wow that was fast”. Are these fresh? She said they’re good. I said “are they fresh?” She said you can check them. Check it for what “is it fresh or not?” I pull around to the front only to bite into a lukewarm shrimp. Shrimp freshly out the grease would’ve been burning my mouth. I didn’t have more time to waste with her, which is why I asked her to do it right the first time. Now I have to get out the car and go back in. She says “oh I thought it would’ve been good.” But I asked you specifically to fry the shrimp fresh! Tenders are also lukewarm warm. You cannot pile food up under a heat lamp more than a single layer and expected it to stay out of the temperature danger zone! The biscuit was actually cooked through and the sauces were correct.“
