Only downside, I wish they were a little bigger and on the online menu it pictured it came with coleslaw. It did come with fries that were nice and crispy. Overall, the meal was good and hot by the time I made it back home.“

The cod sandwich was crispy, flaky & fresh with a nice soft roll. Everyone loved the beef sandwich and burgers. Some weren't crazy about the flavor of the sauce on the Spicy AF burger but said the actual burger was delicious (others did like the sauce- don't knock it till you try it). Sides & service were also great. We will return for sure. Only got a pic of the fish.“

“I went to Tinley park Schoop’s for the 1st time just over a month ago and have been back weekly since. The food, service and cleanliness of the restaurant is outstanding. The women who works there is great. The restaurant gets very crowded at lunch and the service was still outstanding. I will be a regular customer I have recommended to my family and friends.“

“I went here for lunch to try the impossible burger and take advantage of my birthday rewards. The burger was delicious. I will say I was charged for entertainment and didn’t know why. Apparently if you touch the device on the table you’re charged $2.99 that was a surprise. But because my server had already left for the day the manager couldn’t remove the charge but tried. So, he offered a card for a free appetizer or dessert AFTER a purchase though. Besides that the food was good and the service was great.“

“Rolled into Maxwell’s around midnight and dropped about $15 on two pork‑chop sammies and a chocolate shake. Classic spot—counter‑serve, no frills, reminds me of old school dives. Sammies were juicy and the shake hit just right, but the fries were meh and service was a bit slow. Still, you’re paying for nostalgia and solid flavors any time of day. Will be back for ’em.“

I also want to commend the employee, a young tall black man, who went out of his way to hold the door open for a disabled person in a chair and their family member. I shook his hand and thanked him and gave him the recognition he deserved for his kindness towards them. “I come to the oak Lawn establishment quite often, but haven't been there in a while due to work commitments . I was in last week and as usual, I ordered with Bill at the cash register. He jokes with me as he knows what I like, but more importantly, he was genuinely concerned that I was ok because he hadn't seen me in some time. I always get 2 shack burgers, and a drink. He calls me tht best dressed man in the place as I still get dressed in a suit everyday to go into the office. Great sense of humor.“

I used to live in Highland Indiana and I took public transportation which it was GPTC bus to Downtown Hammond, and pace bus from Downtown Hammond Indiana to Downtown Harvey Illinois, and pace 349 from Harvey Transportation Center to 111th and Western, and CTA Route #112 bus from 111th and Western to 111th and Kedzie. Well now since I finally move to Chicago Auburn Gresham with my fiancé, and now I live 15 minutes away. I take 79th Street bus from 79th and Ashland to 79th and Kedzie, and transfer to CTA Route #52A Southbound and go all way to 111th and Kedzie. I’m even more glad you guys reopened which I had no idea where you guys relocated at Thanks to my friend Tracy for telling me where it is. I went there with my fiancé Raymon. I’m so glad you guys are amazing, and the service was great too. I’ll be back. This place is even very affordable.“

“I love checker's, especially this checker's located in Evergreen Park, Illinois. The cashier/server's name is Dan. He is cordial, kind and gets your food to you piping hot. You can tell that he loves his job. That is a rarity among many fast food restaurants that I have frequented. I give this checker's five stars across the board.“

I am giving my order over the phone and he rushes me because he has someone coming in his restaurant. Next , I ask him couple of questions which he shows so much attitude. Third , I hate dining in this place . The guy keeps checking to see if we didn’t make the tables or floor messy. No kind of professionalism. We do not eat free .
