“Very good. Was a couple ahead of me getting serviced and another worker quickly waited on me. I had two 6inches. One veggie and one steak. Was very nice of them to ask if I wanted their gloves changed out before preparing the veggie after making the steak (keep from cross contamination). Everything tasted fresh and they was nice. My fav subway in the area out of 3 possible locations. It also helps that they stay open a little longer then the others.“

“I visited Fitchy's Home of the Hogie yesterday. I purchased the impossible Hogie and fries. The food was absolutely delicious. Much shorter wait time and travel time then going to the Home Of the Hogie in Chicago.“

“I went for the deep fried Philly cheese steak. It was everything I expected because I had it before. Absolutely tasty, greasy and delicious. The saucy French fries were
delicious,they have different french fry styles. Alot to choose from but this is my go to sandwich at this establishment. a good tasty meal.“

We ordered online because there was a line but he made accommodations like mayo and mustard on the bread etc. half tomato on the nachos, as we were in store, and he didn’t make a fuss about us asking to edit the order. The atmosphere gets a 1 star because the people walking in were obnoxious and rude. Definitely would have eaten inside had there not been numerous people in there being rude to the employee. When I thought I was placing the order at the store, it was in door dash and they charged $18.97 and will not issue a credit. Be careful placing your order. Call the store so they get the credit instead of DOOR DASH.“

“I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

I went to Subway and had no clue what I wanted to eat, And yet the staff was patient with me did not rush me can allow me to customize my sandwich. The way I wanted to. They had the footlong cookie too, which I wanted to try however, After the cookie went into the oven, I was expecting it to have a crispy exterior like a cookie, but it did not, it felt almost like a footlong piece of cake. “We used to only go to the South Holland Jimmy John’s but when it closed, we ended up primarily going to Munster. Well, one day we switched it up and tried the Homewood location and from day one, Ka’myah deserved this review. We walk into the door and she knows exactly who we are and our orders. She goes above and beyond for her customers and never fails! She is so kind/ courteous and it needs to be put in writing if it hasn’t been already! It just tastes identical to a burger but it’s vegetarian, best thing ever if you don’t eat red meat. Best to buy in a combo meal, if you buy separately your total is almost $20. Staff is extremely attentive and makes sure to accommodate to your needs. Though I was being charged $18 and my total dropped to $12 once i asked If i couldn’t get my burger as a combo instead of everything being charged separately, other than that lovely place. 100% worth your money!“

“I visited Subway yesterday morning and was pleasantly surprised by the service. A hijabi girl, I believe her name is Naina, was working the morning shift—she was excellent with her communication and very polite. She made my food patiently, just the way I wanted, and gave outstanding customer service. I’ve been here many times before and had unpleasant experiences with two Gujarati male staff who were rude and struggled to communicate clearly. Naina, however, made my visit enjoyable, and I truly appreciate her professionalism. Subway should have more hardworking and customer-friendly staff like her.“
