“I had lost all hope in the customer service of any pizza place. That was, until OWEN, the most helpful and most 6 foot+ dude came on the phone and helped me with my order. All hope was lost in the night, but there was a knight in shining pizza armor who rescued the vibes and Lowkey rizzed our group (I was on speakerphone). Promote this man!“

I was a general manager of restaurants for 21 years and this was exceptional customer service when a lot of places would have just taken my money. “This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . Parking: In Walmart facility there is plenty of parking. But most of the time the parking lot is packed the restaurant is in Walmart.

Kid-friendliness: They have boneless wing which is basically the same as chicken nuggets. It also has claw machines for a dollar and plenty of quality prizes.“

“So delicious we wrote this review! We tried a variety of things- potstickers, Yakisoba, kimbop, and some sushi rolls. Everything was fresh, very flavorful, with lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Server was knowledgeable, service was quick, prices were reasonable. We wish we lived closer to go more often but it’s worth the drive!“

“I ordered the garlic chicken pizza and it was absolutely delicious ?. The restaurant is located inside of the liquor store so Pizzawala doesn't sell its own drinks. “Growing up in the area, I noticed a new Korean restaurant opened and been wanting to try for a while! My best friend and I dined in for dinner. We ordered the 2 different options of boneless chicken (soy garlic and original flavor) and bulgogi kimchi fried rice, and they all were flavorful! We were given complimentary pickled radish! The food came out quickly, and the staff were super friendly and kind! I really like the idea of the self service stations so you are able to get what you need without waiting on the staff to get you utensils and etc so your food comes out faster and as soon as it's made! The restaurant is super clean and quite cozy!“

The last time I ordered from there, I saw that they charge 3.5% fee for using a credit card. Solely for that reason, I am not going there again. I don't like to be nickel and dimed by restaurants like this.“
