Best Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere and staff go above and beyond. The food quality is always great top notch too.
All the feedback regarding how the staff is clueless is beyond accurate. I’ve been a few times to this location and more often than not the same. Tonight 25 customers in there and no rush from the staff. I was there for 7 min before I left because not a single customer was helped completely through the line. The staff was not working and just show no concern for their customers. I ended up without dinner tonight.
I placed an online order today 8/13. I’m only giving three stars because while it did take a long time due to their system, they DID apologize for the inconvenience and got it to me. Several other people were complaining, and I was too, but I’m glad they got it to me
