“The chicken parmesan was kinda of good. I don't understand Italian cuisine in the USA. Tomato sauce with no spices and always the same taste, so I will say, it tasted like any chaine restaurant in the USA. Has for the service, well the waitress was nice, but more clients started to arrive, so she was nervous. We weren't finish and she already gave us the bill. I told her that we were not finished and that we wanted dessert. So, she came back for our desserts, but she didn't take our empty plates on the table. We add to push them in a corner to eat our desserts.“

“We are huge fans of their pizza, salads and wings. Today I veered from my usual and ordered a reuben sandwich. I had an outrageously fabulous Ruben on the Jersey shore many years ago that was totally amazing. Sybergs was easily right behind that! I ordered extra kraut. The corned beef was not tender, but I ordered extra kraut, which was tender and so flavorful. The corned beef and kraut were layered like a lasagna. The sauce pushed it all over the top! Mmm...look forward to ordering it again!“

“I don’t know what going on at the Pump house but things seem to be heading south. During the last several visits the service has not been good, especially if you’re not sitting at the bar. I’m sure they don’t have enough help like everywhere else. The steak I had this evening was luke warm at best. It looked like it had been setting on the counter at the grill for quite a while before it was brought out to our table. It’s probably time to start spending our money somewhere else.“

“Best barbecue we’ve ever had. The hot links, chicken wings, baby back ribs, beef ribs… it was all incredible. The best people running this joint! Full of love and hospitality. A limited menu as far as sides go but when you’re dang good at something you don’t need much else. All three sides are delicious. Smoked spaghetti?!?!?! Say no more. All four of my children tore it up. Wish we lived closer because we would probably be there every single week. This is a hidden gem and so underrated. Skip the bbq chains in St Louis and GO HERE!!!!“

“Hello I need to know as soon as possible who came up with pairing the au ju juice with the philly cheese steak?? Because that was the best philly I've ever had and now I can't have it any other way. Food was top tier. Fresh hot and directions followed. Bread was buttery crisp on the edges and soft. Onions and peppers sautéed perfectly and meat and juice delicious. Whoever is the cook here, please give him a raise for the 4th. He deserves it.“

“Came here after i got off work just to spend a little time relaxing and got to meet the sweetest bartender named Maria, she created exactly what i asked for and also created something when i gave her the vaguest requests, would definitely recommend her. I also did end up asking a male bartender with a tree tattoo on his arm if he could help me charge my phone and he was prompt and kind about doing so!😁 loved this Thursday night crew!“

“Our large group (about 35) met at Linny’s for lunch gathering. It was the perfect venue for our group with great room setup. The food was delicious with great presentation. Our servers were absolutely amazing! With multiple orders, they fulfilled our requests while smiling the whole time. Linny’s is definitely a “let’s go there again” spot!“

“1-23-2025 @ 4:55 pm the employee with the tan beanie on actually read each line on the receipt and checked to make sure everything was there. I didn't have to ask her for the extra sauce cup that is stored separately from the hot food order!!
The only down side was the sauce cups seemed low. I would rather pay extra and have them filled at least 3/4 full. For now I'll just buy EXTRA EXTRA cups 😆“

“great customer service overall despite longer wait time. servers would apologize for one individual in kitchen which shouldn't have needed to happen. once expreseed to manager of issues going on, the morale of staff significanly improved. customers left and right began to receive food and drink upon request! the girls are aweome.“

“It’s a semi nice lil spot but could use some HEAVY renovations. The crowd is older so I’m all for that the drinks are on point. However, on my last visit I was at the bar & I accidentally spilled my drink, while trying to pay, and the bartender informed she could remake it but there would be a $10 surcharge (mind you there is no signage of any kind around the bar stating this 🙄)to do so and that was on top of what the first drink cost plus the rest of my order. All I could do was laugh because I’d never heard of something so made up in my life, and for context I have over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry and I hold two degrees in culinary and hospitality management as well. So I guess common curiosity & customer service isn’t in the bartender employee handbook. I allowed her to remake it of course and paid the EXACT amount she asked as she stood there waiting for what could have been a tip I walked away. Please teach your bartenders proper customer service techniques and that common courtesy goes a long way.“

“These absolute giga-chads went out of their way to hand-deliver a single pizza to me, an overnight worker in Glen Carbon, all the way from Collinsville (Glen Carbon store is undergoing renovations currently).They did this in a timely manner, pizza still hot, prep and presentation impeccable, and all handled with the utmost grace.I failed to get the manager and delivery driver’s names, but you guys have my eternal gratitude. “The pizza was just as we ordered, but our problem is with the mango habanero wings. I ordered 32 wings. which cost $32, and there was almost no sauce on them. When I filed a report. they offered my a free medium pizza worth about 1/3 what I paid for the wings. What would have made me happy? Some mango habanero sauce for our wings. That would make me very happy.“

Once it came, it was superb. I appreciate that even when busy and quite behind, the kitchen did not cut corners and still served a top notch meal.“

Now the service is horrible in some places. The young men wears their pants hanging. That's unexceptionable. They need hair nets and gloves and masks on.“
