“This place is brand new and just opened a few days ago. The drive thru isnt open yet so we went inside to order and Rita helped us. She was so sweet! She was training a new employee and made sure our sandwiches were made right. The bread was really fresh. We plan to return!“

Even with being busy they made sure to be friendly and checked in to make sure everyone had what they needed. “Pretty good place. Despite what people may say, I really like the place. The staff are very kind to me and my brother, we have sort of become regulars. All the employees are very friendly, and the food is good, (which is rare for me, I don’t like Hardee’s much as a restaurant chain). The floors are a bit sticky and a bug almost flew up my nose like five seconds ago, but other than the small flaws, it’s a very friendly place. Thanks for being so kind to us.“

“If you like smash burgers then Freddy's is for you. The burgers were very good. They serve very thin fries that some how are crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. They have three different fry sauces jalapeno, smokey and original. Original was my favorite. Service was very fast and the restaurant was clean.“

“I had such great raves for a young man that worked at this store on August 2nd I have to share. I was traveling 64 on August 1st getting sleepy n hungry about 4pm I pulled off grabbed a fav of mine mushroom Swiss it was ok as usual but full n happy I went to get through St Louis before resting for night. Got about an hour away found a truckstop n rested. To my dismay waking about 4 am I wanted to get gas and tea in truckstop but searching for my wallet frantically it was nowhere to be found. I always stop retrace where was last use of my wallet n bam Hardee's. After Google gave me closest ones 2 calls is all it took great lady at 1st call told me they, Hardees, weren't off 64 but gave me # of or it might been just street name of the one that was. And yep Christian answered the call even before opening he searched the safe but no then I told him where I went in restaurant bathroom n booth. Now it might say a little bad about cleaners in the restaurant but bam there it was still sitting where I was the night before. “Tried these guys today at the Vine St Market here in OFallon. Some of the best food truck food I have ever had! Lady working the window was so nice and friendly. Good quality and quantity… what more can you ask for?!“

“I just went through the drive-thru and I ordered two sausage egg biscuits for $5 and hash browns and an orange juice. I added the orange juice when I was up at the window and Rachelle had no problem adding that on. She was very nice. Very friendly, engaging and looked like she was having a really good morning. So that energy is very contagious and I appreciate it.“

“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“We order on the app and went to pick up. I ordered a pretty obscure menu item (teriyaki bowl) and when we pulled up to the window we were greeted by a very pleasant and apologetic associate. I wish I had caught her name, she really went above and beyond. They were out of the item and the app had not updated properly. She explained calmly and asked if I would like something else. I asked for a wrap and she ended up giving us 2 to ensure I had enough food. She brought everything out to the car and again was so pleasant and apologetic that the order hadn’t gone perfectly. It’s easy to get things right, it’s above and beyond to be so pleasant, communicative and an accommodating when something isn’t perfect. If she isn’t the manager, I hope she is soon! Thank you!“

“I have been here 4 times in the last 2 weeks always amazing food, fast service, and a warm greeting from the amazing staff. My favorites are the meatball sub, sub on a club no mayo or mustard add ranch, and the hook and ladder. We visited today after a bit of Black Friday shopping, ordered our food in the lobby and dined in. We walked in to a full lobby and a smiling cashier that was laughing and joking around with the customer in front of us while we decided what to order. I ordered the baconator combo, which I wished came with more sauce on it but I just grabbed some ketchup from the lobby. I definitely recommend the vanilla rootbeer, it was incredibly delicious and the fries were nice and fresh, and well salted. Another staff member was diligently making sure their tables were clean for customers to accommodate the busy day. Great team members, great service and great food.“

“I clicked yes to recommending Cane's, but I wouldn't recommend an experience like I had today at this location. If I get out of my car and go inside to dine, I don't want my food served in styrofoam containers shoved in a plastic bag and handed to me. In addition, the French fries are typically a tad saltier than most other places, which is OK, but today they resembled candied orange slices they were so COVERED with salt. Not a stellar experience today. 😩“

Before tonight, I hadn’t been to a Taco Bell, this late and my order be correct to a Tee even down to the sauces and which exact sauces I wanted! On top of that my order BEING DELIVERED…. They gave 100%z
I’m leaving this review because I feel we are all quick to complain.

I am visiting so I don’t have a car and I ordered on door dash …which now it is my second time doing that.

Anyways,
This place did great! I wasn’t missing a single thing in my order, my tacos and my Mexican pizza was made with the amount of each ingredient you would see in one of Taco Bell’s commercials.
The SAUCES WERE ALL THERE AND EACH FLAVOR I CHOSE (:
I know I requested a couple different flavors and the fact every one of them was in there!!! 🥰

I usually don't go to fast food joints much anymore BUT gotta stop in at dq once in awhile! In fact, I've been craving a banana split like nobody's business, so I'll probably be stopping in soon! Dietary restrictions: I DO have some gastric issues that prevent me from eating much fast food these days due to the grease and fat content and such..most things upset my belly..when my son wanted dq for his bday I wanted so.ething but noticed there was no "grilled chicken" options so I asked and the lady recommended "rotisserie chicken bites". There weren't many in an order but I would've happily ordered an extra if I would've known I'd like them as much as I did and surprisingly they didn't irritate my stomach too bad. Win for me! I recommend the rotisserie chicken bites if you can't have have much fried stuff.“
