Even with being busy they made sure to be friendly and checked in to make sure everyone had what they needed. The general manager made sure to share with the other employees how wonderful of a job they did. The food was very good but it's the employees that made it a wonderful place to eat.“

“The usual top-notch, superb and expected Chick-fil-a service, but Roland was quite the kind gent! He interacted with everyone he encountered or walked by inside the restaurant.
He also kept up with cleanliness all-around and simply made the dine-in experience all the better.

“First time visiting a Freddy’s. Caught by surprise when I was greeted as I walked in. Patty melt was amazing. Double burger was good. Love the shoe string fries and onion rings. Hotdog was also good. Chicken fingers - wow! Peppermint Oreo shake was just right and the dirt and worms concrete was a solid. Would visit again given the opportunity. The restaurant vibe is on point“

“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“I had such great raves for a young man that worked at this store on August 2nd I have to share. I was traveling 64 on August 1st getting sleepy n hungry about 4pm I pulled off grabbed a fav of mine mushroom Swiss it was ok as usual but full n happy I went to get through St Louis before resting for night. Got about an hour away found a truckstop n rested. To my dismay waking about 4 am I wanted to get gas and tea in truckstop but searching for my wallet frantically it was nowhere to be found. I always stop retrace where was last use of my wallet n bam Hardee's. After Google gave me closest ones 2 calls is all it took great lady at 1st call told me they, Hardees, weren't off 64 but gave me # of or it might been just street name of the one that was. And yep Christian answered the call even before opening he searched the safe but no then I told him where I went in restaurant bathroom n booth. Now it might say a little bad about cleaners in the restaurant but bam there it was still sitting where I was the night before. “We went in about 6pm on 3-10-25. We were greeted by an outgoing young woman who was beyond kind. Then, our order was taken by a young man who had to take over bc she had to leave...and even though the pressure was put onto him, he stayed calm and polite. He took our order and made sure we did not need anything else. His attitude was appreciated! After we ate, I went to fill my cup with Hi-C. It was out. I waited for staff to be done with an order and asked if he had some. The shift leader was prepared to help when the other man came back (from taking food outside to a customer) and told the shift leader that the Hi-C was gone. I asked if there was lemonade. The shift leader explained to me that it is hand-crafted lemonade and that there would be an upcharge. We had already eaten & paid so it would be an inconvenience to both myself and the staff to have to figure out how to pay for just the upcharge, so I said no thank you. The staff looked worried. I told them it was fine. I was not worried about it. As you can see, I didn't count off any points for that, because it simply wasn't an issue. The only reason the atmosphere was an issue is because there was some construction work that needed to be completed and the lobby was a little dirty. BUT the girl in the lobby doesn't deserve to be in trouble for it because she was cleaning as we left as well as had been doing other tasks when we were eating. Overall, I would give this visit 5 stars. Overall, I would give the staff 10-out-of-5 stars! The staff made the entire visit feel like we were in an upscale establishment. Those 3 workers (that were running the place with just the 3 of them!!) need a raise!!!!!
I had to share a nice review because most people only share the bad things that happen. Please pass this on to whoever it needs to go to in order to let those 3 know they are doing an incredible job!!!

Dietary restrictions: I DO have some gastric issues that prevent me from eating much fast food these days due to the grease and fat content and such..most things upset my belly..when my son wanted dq for his bday I wanted so.ething but noticed there was no "grilled chicken" options so I asked and the lady recommended "rotisserie chicken bites". There weren't many in an order but I would've happily ordered an extra if I would've known I'd like them as much as I did and surprisingly they didn't irritate my stomach too bad. Win for me! I recommend the rotisserie chicken bites if you can't have have much fried stuff.“

One time I went inside to pick up my order, because the drive-thru had a huge line. They don't have a cashier anymore though, and it took them like 20 minutes to acknowledge me.“

“I have been here 4 times in the last 2 weeks always amazing food, fast service, and a warm greeting from the amazing staff. My favorites are the meatball sub, sub on a club no mayo or mustard add ranch, and the hook and ladder. “It was my first time ordering food at this location and oh my lord the staff members were so incredibly friendly. We visited today after a bit of Black Friday shopping, ordered our food in the lobby and dined in. We walked in to a full lobby and a smiling cashier that was laughing and joking around with the customer in front of us while we decided what to order. I ordered the baconator combo, which I wished came with more sauce on it but I just grabbed some ketchup from the lobby. I definitely recommend the vanilla rootbeer, it was incredibly delicious and the fries were nice and fresh, and well salted. Another staff member was diligently making sure their tables were clean for customers to accommodate the busy day. Great team members, great service and great food.“

I think we waited up to 25 minutes and we were only 4th in line at the time. Prices are reasonable and you get good value for your buck. I asked for a wrap and she ended up giving us 2 to ensure I had enough food. She brought everything out to the car and again was so pleasant and apologetic that the order hadn’t gone perfectly.
