I tend to go in now and the problem is solved but i know that’s not for everyone. It’s also clean. I would go here, just check your order before you leave the parking lot.“

“Was in the neighborhood and I stopped by. Italian beef sandwich is amazing. Loaded with beef. Only thing that happened was that I ordered an Italian combo and I got just a regular Italian beef. “2nd time coming here. Food is phenomenal. Never had chicken with honey butter or pimento cheese with fries. When you put the butter on the chicken, the melted butter, the crispy texture, and the juices of the chicken just melts in your mouth. As far as the pimento cheese goes, the sauce has a bit of a tomato hint blending in with the cheese when you have it with the fries.“

The price is decent for wicker park I guess but they also have a dessert area connected that sells mochi and other baked goods. Service is always nice here. The overall ambiance is okay I wouldn't dine in because the tables and floors can be sticky but great for a quick bite.“

“I was told this Dairy Queen was at this location for over 65 years and had that fantastic atmosphere for my day gone by. I enjoyed my ice cream treat and so did my wife and we were very happy coming to this location and we'll again. “Nice little neighborhood place. The hours are odd so you have to check if they are open. I think they close mon-wed. I found this place looking for queso birria tacos. For $15 you get 4 decent sized tacos with the consommé. Great meaty tacos, I'm a big guy and I usually could knock out 8-10 tacos. I could only eat 6 here. The guacamole was big enough for me and my buddy. They have a juice bar inside and we ordered off of the server's recommendation. She recommended a pineapple drink and it was solid. We ended up getting a second order of drinks for the road. They don't have parking but you should be able to find something across the street. Place is clean and the cook wore gloves. I appreciate when a place is clean and people are wearing gloves. The waitress/server was very helpful and had great recommendations. She was easy to talk to since I don't speak Spanish. There was a bunch of online orders and takeout which in my opinion is good. That means there's no old food, they sell it all and buy fresh. Bathrooms were clean. I noticed the table next to me ordered a latte and seen they had an espresso machine. I haven't tried the coffee so I can't talk about the quality. Just that they have an espresso machine. I like this place a lot. Very friendly staff, great food and great amount of food for the price. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you.“

“Horrid! As a native Chicagoan I never expected to be disappointed by a neighbourhood hot dog stand. Yesterday, for the first time I went to Jr’s Red Hots. For starters they messed up the order of two hotdogs with fries. Instead we received two overcooked polish sausage with greasy fries. I couldn’t consume more than two bites of either. It was obvious the grill and oil from deep fryer aren’t routinely cleaned. Failed on a grand scale!!!! Never going back to Jr’s.“

The dog only had one small piece of tomato.The fries could have been cooked a bit longer, but they were plentiful.There are about 5 tables and one that runs along the window.The people were friendly and helpful.I will return the next time I'm in the area.Bicycling: The streets are very busy and don't seem bicycle friendly.
