“First , the smoke and aroma comin’ out the roof exhaust pipes . Lol 😛 Known for their hamburgers , dogs , apparently everything else on their menu is good . Being a member of Chicago Italian Beefs fB page , I just HAD to try theirs . Pretty darn good ! 9.0/10 Sweet n hot , dipped , nice crinkly fries 🍟 comin’ for da ride , and a tamale 🫔 to wash it down . Nice job guys at the PP in Des Plaines !!!“

“Gpay didn't work and I had no physical card. After trying the Gpay several times, I gave up. The manager asked for the drink I was drinking back, lol. I got in the car, saw my wallet in the seat and decided not to go back in. I drove out of my way to try this food, but this experience with being asked for the drink back was shocking. #theapartmentlady“

“This place is my go to when I'm hungry and in the area. They have legit shawarma sandwiches the sizes of small footballs. The service is great, food comes out in a decent amount of time, and pretty clean for the amount of traffic that they get. I always do and will continue to recommend this place to others. Oh and 100% zabiha halaal.“

“I saw the Choula and Lime ad on social media and came into to have a Philly cheesesteak with that flavoring. Jack who was working during the freezing weather conditions let me know it was only used for a wings rub but said he could try to make it as a cheese steak by mixing butter instead! He was very friendly and accommodating, willing to go above and beyond to help me. They were also closing soon and I was going to take my meal to go but he insisted that my partner and i dined in so the food stayed warm. Absolutely made my night because I got exactly what I wanted and it was a delicious cheesesteak!“

“Just had Bills cater for our belated New Years party. As usual it was EXCELLENT and a great value. Helped taking the trays to the car. Great food and great service. That’s what make them standout. “Awesome food and friendly staff. More of a lax atmosphere with loads of Chicago memorabilia sprinkled on the walls.
The Chicago Hot Dog and fries I had were prepared fresh. Very juicy and flavorful dog, 10/10.
On another note, I came in at 2pm and the kitchen was very well staffed. (A rarity for restaurants nowadays)

“Everything is fresh and delicious! They really have something for everyone including vegan! It’s fast food only in the sense that it is fast. It’s very affordable too and we love their points program! Love their cheese ravioli and meatballs! I also love the Rainbow cone which is a Chicago original! It may seem like a weird combination of flavors but it works! Great customer service!“

“I love going here!! Any time I am in the Chicago area, I find Egg Harbor. They are accommodating with large groups, service is great, and best part is the ability to order a wonderful, filling gluten free breakfast! “In the past I was not really a Jerk food type of guy, but I love this place. The food was fresh and seasoned just like I like it. The overall atmosphere was great as well. Super clean sitting area with quiet music and television while you wait for your food. I've been there twice already, and will definitely be going back. It'll be one of my regular spots for lunch or dinner.“

“Ironically I ran into the owner during a Lyft ride and he was my driver. So two weeks later I try the food and it's out of this world. He specifically told me he uses the finest, freshest, high quality ingredients-which is apparent when you try the food. No seed oils here either! “Yeah this place is pretty huge on the inside. I had a hot dog and fries. Then a we split a piece of the chocolate cake. They're nice and here. The music in here is not blasting loud it's actually at a modest level. So you'll find a seat here and I guess you can eat outside. I would prefer to eat inside because it's too hot to eat outside.“

“I visit twice in 2 weeks. I have been coming here for many years. Scatchell's your beef sandwich never disappoint me. What really puts them over the top is your homemade hot peppers. But I would like to suggest that your food handlers use plastic gloves. I observed one of your workers rub his nose and then made a sandwich (it wasn't mine) 😓“

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for many years and the entire staff has always been quick, friendly, and professional. This is a very well-run store.
However, I want to highlight one employee in particular — Oscar. I see him often, and he truly stands out. Not only is he efficient and attentive, but he takes the time to greet customers like friends. He remembers people, makes conversation, and creates a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.
If he is not already in a management role, I believe he would make an excellent store manager. He represents the best of what customer service should be.“
