“I had such a great time at Drip N Sip! The customer service was absolutely out of this world. The man who helped us was incredibly nice, accommodating, and genuinely friendly he really took great care of us from start to finish.

The food and drinks were just as impressive. We tried the mango, peach, and raspberry dessert, and everything was delicious. I ordered a lemonade boba, which was super refreshing and flavorful. But my absolute favorite was the Dubai Chocolate rich, smooth, and unforgettable.

Overall, Drip N Sip gave us a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!“

“I go to this location quiet often, but I was extremely disappointed as well as angry with what I saw today at this location. (3/9/25 at 5:35pm) The 3 customers that were ahead of me placed their orders were first timers I found out. The young lady that was fixing their smoothies dropped a cup on the floor, picked the cup up from the floor then sat the cup to the side. As she finished one smoothie she pulled a fresh cup, then the 2nd smoothie she proceeded to pour it in the cup that she picked up off the floor. I told the young lady that took my order, so she then pulled the young to the side to tell her that I saw what she did then she looks at me and says "I'm Sorry" (I said to her): What do mean you are sorry, why would you do that, and why are you giving that to her, you need to remake that smoothie ...and guess what she did not. I'm just want to make people aware: Watch the people that prepare your sandwiches/smoothies or anything of that sort. It's not their stuff, they're not paying for it so they don't care. That was just the epitome of nasty and extremely unsanitary. She didn't have on a Tropical Cafe shirt, she had on a gray shirt, she may have been new, I'm not sure but we need to learn to do better when working with the public. Don't do things to people that you don't want done to you!!!!! FYI...the name on the ticket was: Shelia G“

“I honestly love coming to Tropical Smoothie! The smoothies are always fresh and taste amazing—my go-to is the Sunrise Sunset, but everything I’ve tried has been so good. The staff is always super friendly and fast, even when it’s busy. The store is clean, and the vibe is chill, which makes it a great place to grab a quick bite or just hang out for a bit.“

Her name was Sarah B, bowls are absolutely delicious, beautifully made, good amount of extra Nutella, the açaí is a nice frozen smoothly flavor, the smoothie I had was fresh and filled with the right quantity and nicely blended. The bread is the perfect thickness and crunch, it’s like a panini but not at the same time. Definitely try a sandwich while you’re there!

“Went to pick up a sandwich next door at Firehouse, while waiting for it to be made I walked over to this MilkTea shop. First time having anything Boba, so I went in and had a few curious questions about the teas, drinks, extras ect. The cashier was super nice, answered all questions, I got the Chocolate Boba Milk Tea and I thought it was great. The tapioca was good too. The place is very clean, neat, the bar area was also tidy and well kept. I saw there was a screen off to the side where you can order in case there’s a bit of a line at the cashier which was nice. Will be coming back to get a smoothie or something different from the selections next time.“

She made my Mango-a-Go-Go smoothie with such care and precision, and it was absolutely perfect—refreshing, delicious, and full of flavor. Anna’s customer service went above and beyond; she greeted me with a warm smile and was genuinely attentive, making sure my order was exactly how I wanted it.

It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it really made my day! If you’re stopping by Jamba Juice in Norridge, I highly recommend visiting Anna for a smoothie done right. Five stars for a fantastic experience, outstanding service, and one of the best smoothies I've had!“

Also tried the Arroz con Leche popsicle; it was like dessert in a bite. The place is clean, the staff is chill, and the flavors hit every time. Spent about $15, and it was worth every penny. “Food was very good. I ended up with chilaquiles (with chicken breast) and my friend got the pupusas and dobladas. Really solid, and I appreciate the subtle differences in flavors between the Guatamalan dishes and standard Mexican fare. However, only 4/5 because ordering (in English) was difficult. I tried to get grilled skirt steak and a green chicken enchilada (as a single item, listed that way on the menu) but what was originally brought out was 3 green chicken enchiladas. I explained the issue and thought it was clear but ended up getting brought the chilaquiles. My friend got his pupusas but the dobladas was not brought and had to be ordered again. The food was delicious and I'm not a picky eater so this wasn't a huge deal, but others that need to order a specific thing, in English, may have trouble. I will be back though, and I will brush up on my Spanish.“

Everyone asks for Alisha's cakes for their birthdays. The cake is dense and rich so we usually serve smaller slices (but people will go back for seconds).“
