“Finally got to try an Italian beef sandwich, and it didn't disappoint.
Huge sandwich at a decent price. I barely had time to put my credit card back in my wallet that my order was ready 🤪.
The beef is juicy and delicious. I also liked the hot peppers. I had mine with extra american cheese but it didn't really add much, the beef speaks for itself.“

“Gpay didn't work and I had no physical card. After trying the Gpay several times, I gave up. The manager asked for the drink I was drinking back, lol. I got in the car, saw my wallet in the seat and decided not to go back in. I drove out of my way to try this food, but this experience with being asked for the drink back was shocking. #theapartmentlady“

“They Philly cheese steaks, so good very good Customer Service they fix your food The way you want to fix . I am a very particular either. I don’t eat at any restaurants. My son told me about them say they fool are so good so I took a chance tonight to try their Philly cheesesteaks when I tell you it was good. It was really good. I would recommend anybody to try their Philly cheesesteaks. I get them 10+10 stars“

“Great atomosphere cool concept like how they call out the alcohol and food orders when Ready. The pimento Mac was great flavor, as was the mashed and gravy. Very unique to have boneless breast thighs wing and leg portions battered and fried. Was very good. I just think the sauces were way to pricey at $1.45 a sauce wow even 99 cents seems a lot but would feel better lol. At least give one with the order or reduce the sauce price. But overall they need to spread this concept into more areas for sure out side like in the suburbs“

“Hello Shawarma is literally the best shawarma I've had yet, and I've tried a ton of places. The shawarma here is incredible, the wraps are flavorful and the bread is always fresh!
You can tell everything is made with high quality ingredients. The portions are very generous and the flavors are authentic.

“In the past I was not really a Jerk food type of guy, but I love this place. The food was fresh and seasoned just like I like it. The overall atmosphere was great as well. Super clean sitting area with quiet music and television while you wait for your food. I've been there twice already, and will definitely be going back. “Staff has changed over the years and they aren't their strongest right now. Call in orders should be simple but the cashier was very spacey and didn't want to charge me for what all I ordered thank God for the older cooks that kept telling her what I ordered!! And for a pick up it took awhile to just pick it up. Won't be going for a while“

“Lulu’s Hot Dogs is a hidden gem in University Village. I swung by for lunch and grabbed the 2 Hot Dog Special with fries and a drink. The dogs were loaded with all the classic Chicago toppings—mustard, relish, onions, pickles, tomatoes, sport peppers, and a sprinkle of celery salt. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The staff was friendly and quick, making the whole experience even better. If you're in the area, this spot is a must-visit for authentic Chicago-style dogs.“

“Went there, they served our food accidentally to the wrong customer, they made us new meals and were very apologetic. Also, they gave us complimentary card for free entry each for the next visit. That was thoughtful of them, specially we waited longer than we had to given the mistake occurred.

If you're visiting, there are other spots that do something similar. But if you're new to the neighborhood, be sure to make the trip, and you'll easily find yourself a regular too.“

“As soon as you walk in, you get to see their menu and easily just say menu 1 or 5 and get your order placed quickly and be able to sit down as you watch the cars pass by, the cashier is a nice person to talk to about your day while you wait for your food.
The food is perfect, drink choices are great.

“First time here coming from another state down south and I highly recommend this establishment had to try the chicago style hot dog and a chili n cheese the vienna beef hot dog was incredible the snap of the hotdog was very nice had a snap on every bite so I had to get a third the onion Rings were very good as well staff was amazing“

“The 3 workers at the front (2 females 1 male) at around 12:30 noon on Sunday 8/23 were amazing. Came in with both my little kids and was offered a coloring page with crayons for each! Ordered my food and even before I was settled a gentleman came to drop me off my food to my table. That was less than 5 mins, fresh and hot. Service is top tier! Would definitely recommend!“
