I'm really bad with names, but an older gentleman with glasses that was working tonight always goes above and beyond to make me feel better every time I come in late at night. “This restaurant was a great find. The cheeseburger and fried chicken bites were delicious. I highly recommend trying the chicken and lamb bowls. All sauces can be ordered on the side if you like your food mild. My kids loved the Nutella bubble tea and Oreo pudding. PLUS they have board games like Uno, Connect Four, Jenga, etc.“

“We tried this after watching Phil Goode’s review on their smash burger- we tried the burger, pork belly bites and the traditional wings with Jerk sauce and also XXX-Hot.
The smash burger was absolutely fantastic. Fries that came with it are seasoned but we think they would be so much better fresh cut. Pork belly also fantastic and melts in your mouth- The wings themselves we thought were a tad dry and overdone BUT were very flavorful. The Jerk sauce was very good. The XXX - hot has outstanding flavor but if you truly like spicy food it is not hot but again the flavor of this sauce is top notch. Staff was exceptional.We will definitely be back!“

“Their chicken is super excellent really light and fluffy. Their menu is exceptionally limited however there’s literally only a handful of things, chicken fingers and chicken sandwich sandwiches, and only one option of a sauce. The sauce is really good, but they should have another option like maybe honey mustard there sauce taste a little bit like thousand island dressing or maybe Russian dressing. The business is exceptionally popular with young people because the business is really good at social media marketing. Also, the business seems to be really good at getting popular sports figures to be in their commercial which does help them a lot. The indoor atmosphere is a little bit quirky, a little bit cool and I like it. Their fries are adequate nothing special to say the least if they could, if I would recommend they improve anything to go further they definitely need to improve their fries but again their check-in to fingers is five stars. I don’t know how many times a year I could eat year because the menu is so very very limited.“

“I just had my first hamburger there, and it was so good! It was the 1/4 pound burger. It was juicy and fresh. I usually get the caesar chicken salad or a plain hot dog. The fries are good too. The staff is always friendly. I usually use the drive thru and it's very quick. The inside is clean and every employee goes out of their way to be helpful. Their prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous.“

The food itself was really good, I got the chipotle glaze it had a tangy, mild kick to it which I loved. When I moved over to the dining room it looked really clean and stocked in items. “We moved here two years ago from NY and finally had Josh’s for dinner. Their menu is fantastic, with a lot of different options. We had the Ribs and Greek Chicken dinner. My husband said “these are amongst the best ribs I’ve ever had”. The Greek chicken was amazing. The food portions are more than generous. This will be our Friday night go to place for sure! The staff was also so friendly!“

“Love their food but some improvement is needed with ordering. I’ve had 2 issues which I wasn’t going to mention the first one but after today I decided to write about it so maybe Managment can see and tweak things a bit. First issue a while ago (I think about 5-7 months ago) I ordered a plain cheeseburger with fries and bottled water. Drive away from the drive-through and as I get ready to eat my food 10 min later I realize they didn’t put cheese on it. So I drove back and said I asked for a plain cheeseburger and you guys forgot to put the cheese on. Girl says ok and gets me a new one. Drive away and I park in front of the store to just take a peak and guess what. Again no cheese. Burgers have no cheese. Cheeseburgers have cheese. A plain cheeseburger gets nothing else except for cheese. A plain burger is just a bun and the burger patty. I just wanted to eat so I moved on and ate my plain burger. Today I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken salad but I asked if I can have the chicken grilled instead of the breaded one and they gave me chicken without Buffalo sauce. If they weren’t sure they could have asked but this wasn’t for me. And this was not their first time ordering this item but they’ve never had an issue so somehow this message was confusing either to the kitchen or how it was rung in. This was ordered at 5:04:50 PM on 2/10/2022 receipt DT98. Order Id: AAANPKMJAQAH at the 861 E. Rand Rd. My. Prospect location. We didn’t have the energy to drive back and get the right chicken. Again, we love your food but these things shouldn’t keep happening. Thank you“

We've had to call in literally the last 5 times we've been there telling them they missed something, charged us for things we didn't get, or because we were given other people's orders. Clean it up Portillo's. It's not that hard serving hot dogs.“

Not only do they keep their food fresh and delicious. They also have the most experienced workers I’ve ever seen, working here for over 2 decades each and every one of them. Making sure everyone gets the proper preparations for their food. Would 100% recommend anyone who is either visiting Chicago, or hasn’t tried this place. Irving’s does it like no one else simply because of experience and also knowing almost all there costumers personally. Not to mention they’ve been open for over 50 years now! Also the nostalgia for all those old timers who wanna take a blast in the past! Highly recommend and would eat here again.“

“Came by Kong Dog in Rolling Meadows and overall it was a mixed experience. The atmosphere inside was cool and pretty nice, definitely a spot with a fun vibe. The staff wasn’t rude at all. They didn’t give me any issues but they also weren’t overly welcoming. They mostly seemed busy and kept to themselves, so the interaction felt pretty neutral.

The big downside here was the cleanliness. The floors were sticky, and the bathroom was honestly really disgusting. It gave off the same kind of vibe you’d expect at a rundown Burger King or McDonald’s in the hood, which definitely brought the experience down.

On the positive side, the food itself was great. Prices are very fair, portions are solid, and everything came out within about 10 minutes. Me and my homie tried 4 different Kong Dogs along with 2 lattes, and both of us left full and satisfied. They also have public WiFi, which is a nice extra touch.

If they could improve their cleanliness, this place would be an easy go to because the food is tasty and well priced. I would bring a date here if it was cleaner but with as dirty as it is next time I’d only order out and not dine in again.“

“For a fast food spot, this place went above and beyond. The staff greeted us when we walked in and thanked us on the way out. One team member was cleaning and wiping down tables the entire time we were there, and the floors were spotless. You rarely see this level of cleanliness and customer service at a fast food restaurant.“

“Probably the best location in the chain I've ever gone to, and I've probably gone to 50 of them around the country. The staff here are always well dressed, polite, smart and they h-u-s-t-l-e. Everything just runs well and reeks of well-organized trained people. As a result, there are no long crazy lines here, even on busy weekends. I can think of some specific locations in Georgia and Colorado that could learn a lesson or two from this owner/operator.“
