“Saturday July 26th 2025 about 630 or 7pm. I met the most outstanding young man ever. He made sure my sandwiches and fries were perfect showing me my order was correct. Plus the sandwich worker made the best hungry hobo sandwiches I ever ate! Amazing!“

“Would give more then 5 stars if I could! I work overnights at Trinity and placed an order online, not realizing they were closing in 10 minutes. When I got the confirmation email that my order would be delivered the next day, I called the store in hopes of catching someone before close to cancel. I was so pleased when the gentleman that answered the phone informed me that he had seen the order and that it was for hospital staff, already had it made, and would be having it delivered. Will definitely continue to give them my business!“

“I've been stopping in maybe once every 2 weeks for about a year now and every single person has been friendly and attentive. I can't comment on anything outside of baked potatoes, but those have all been great. Not a single issue so far. I also have to imagine with people this friendly that if there ever was an issue, they'd be willing to fix it.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free? Stick with the baked potatoes. While I miss the waffle fries with cheese, the same frying oil is used for cheese curds, so this would introduce cross-contamination to the fries. The chips used for the tato taco seem to be safe as well, but please use your own judgement.“

“Beautiful, new building- probably the nicest Subway I’ve seen. Plus they have a drive thru! Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food looked and tasted fresh. Spacious booths and plentiful seating. Clean bathrooms with nice-smelling soap! Wish they had a changing table but everything else was great!“

“This is the best subway I have ever eaten at. We had lunch there today and the staff was so friendly and they even cut up the vegetables for my protein bowl. I haven't had that done at a different subway. Cudos to this subway and the staff gets 10 stars!!!“

“I "used the app to skip the line", however, when I arrived at the assigned time, they had not even started the order I had already paid for. I watched them make several people's orders while I stood and waited for them to complete mine. They offered me a free drink for the wait.“

I asked for a napkin, and he said the napkin was inside. They don’t put any napkin and so that I have to napkin for and they give me on the napkin four person wow.“

“I have allergies and the two ladies that were working tonight was brittany and sabrina, they were absolutely phenomenal, they went above and beyond, everything was great from the food to my visit. Their customer service skills, people need to go visit there and act more like them to get the customer service that you're supposed to get. “This is my favourite Subway location IN THE UNIVERSE! I ordered a dozen chocolate chip cookies warmed in the toaster with a side of a kids size small drink filled with parmesan vinaigrette to dip in, and gave the cashier a 20 dollar bill and told them to keep the change. They didn't seem to want me to enjoy my order in-store which is fine and I didn't dock points off for that, because I needed to be somewhere anyway after picking up some lunch. Very friendly staff, clean restaurant, and will become a regular at this establishment!“

“The woman working tonight was amazing, she was so sweet and made my sandwich perfectly, just how I asked. It was really close to closing time and she had a long line but her attitude did not change once. She was polite to everyone, She wore gloves and changed them when needed, & she made me a delicious sandwich!! To top it all off I think she was working by herself, nobody was helping her that I could see. I didn’t get her name but she deserves recognition!“
