“I honestly don't usually review fast food restaurants, but wanted to give a shout-out to this one. It's an emotional day for us, as we're saying goodbye tomorrow to a beloved little dog. We know she's always begged hardest for Arby's sandwiches, so we stopped here, picked up our mobile order, and because the weather was finally beautiful, sat on the grass verge to give her this treat.

A very kind employee, during a lull in the drive-thru, saw us again and called out her window to us, asking if we wanted some dog treats. We said we would, and she quickly left the building with a handful for us before we could meet her at the window.

She didn't know it was our last day with our beloved pet, but it really means a lot when people take a minute to care on a difficult day. Thank you. Wish we had a thousand more happy drive-thru days.“

“Im a tow truck driver and it’s usually hard to find a place that will serve us. I know it’s just taco bell, but tonight’s crew did a phenomenal job. But, went again today and the same thing. I called to say I was disappointed as I pay $5.50 for a bowl and it should be full. The young gal who answered the phone informed me they are under new ownership and have lessened the proportions! Likely have lost my business now. It's a shame!“

“Best MOD Pizza in Rockford. Don't go to the other one they keep burning the food. The staff in this one is always nice and attentive. the place is always clean. the pizza comes out just right. Save yourself the time dodge the other one and just go to this one“

“Pulled over from highway on vacation to eat here. Clean restaurant with peaceful music in background. Very clean bathrooms. Very organized staff. Came at lunch rush where kids come from local school but manager was quick and courteous in managing taking the many orders in no time. Standard DQ food. Would definitely recommend.“

“The only reason it isn’t 5 stars, is because their hours of operation are consistently wrong on the DooDash app. It says they are open and taking orders, and we will place an order and 9/10 times, it is canceled. The food is great and at insanely fair prices. Although, I will say I miss that they no longer offer desserts on the DoorDash app and they did change their recipe for Italian beef sandwiches. A couple of years ago, their Italian beefs were more like a Mississippi pot roast sandwich which isn’t Italian beef but it was SO GOOD that I didn’t even care an actually liked it more! lol! So I miss that they no longer have that particular type of sandwich as their Italian beefs are now like the standard type,“

“Arby’s has a special place in my life not just because of the food but because of the tradition I have tied to it. The Beef and Cheddar and curly fries are always my go to. There is something about the warm roast beef piled high, the cheddar sauce, and the soft onion roll that hits perfectly. When you add the seasoned curly fries it turns into the ultimate comfort meal.

What makes it even more meaningful is that I only eat Arby’s once a year after I have a successful deer hunt. It has become my reward and celebration and something I look forward to all season long. That first bite of a Beef and Cheddar after a hard earned hunt is unbeatable.

“A pretty good bacon cheeseburger but for the price a bit skimpy in size. Service kind of exists to being you food, but you have to order from a kiosk. The interior of the place is...unique I guess. Full size superhero statues all over from DC and Marvel. It's just a little weird to have the flash staring at you or spiderman hanging off the wall above you. Seems super out of place.“

“My friend suggested this place because we were nearby. I had never been here before. I had a chicken salad with white cheese, some rice and guacamole on it. I love guacamole but had never had it on a salad. I love the Verde sauce on it. I don't remember the last time I had such a delicious salad. I can't wait to come back.“

“Another great day here in the Rockford area specifically here at 5965 E Riverside Wendy's location. Only my 2nd time here at this location and because I had such great service with a smile. JOJO who took my order of my baconator breakfast meal was very nice with a smile and very professional. After I received my order I asked her how good were the Biscuits and gravy and how id been wanting to try them but wasn't sure as im kinda picky when It come to them. She said they were good and recommend them. As im sitting down about to dig into my hot meal , JOJO comes over with a sample of some of their biscuits and gravy. I was shocked, pleased and happy that she went above and beyond for her place of employment. I will definitely be bringing my buisness to this location even though theres one 5 minutes from my house but doesn't compare. Jojo definitely deserves an A+ possibly a promotion in the future. Its people like her that make you want to become a repeat customer.“

“This location is pretty consistent. Always get all my items and they are usually made well. This location doesn’t sell the online box for some reason so I don’t go to this bell anymore. Poor decision on the franchisee part, everyone is poor why take away a cheap option?“

“Had lunch there today with my wife and we have been to many many McDonalds over the years but never have i been to one that was as clean and well run as this one. They were a little shy on the fry's, but it was handled by who i presumed to be the owner himself. I've never felt thew need to review a McDonalds restaurant until today. The food was fresh and hot.
