I've been going to the Perryville location four times a week for eight years. In the last month they have forgotten to make my order three times. They never apologized. What happened to your customer service?
Anyone can sell you coffee and pastries. There are over 68 coffee and tea establishments in the Rockford area alone.
There are 11 coffee shops from one national brand and another 5 from a national chain that specialize in donuts.
So why do I go to Meg’s?
The people that sell me my coffee are the reason. I’m not alone in this thought. It’s like going to the fictitious local bar “Cheers” in the 80’s.
