“Drove through the drive thru at 7:22pm on 10/07/2025 and ordered 2 $7 luxe boxes for my son (11 years old) and I. I forgot to tell them no lettuce, and it had sour cream that he didn't like.. He said he just wanted another burrito. So I told him to go back in and ask if he could give the other food back, and just have a burrito with meat and cheese. They gave him a brand new luxe box for free with no lettuce or sour cream on the taco and other thing, and gave him his burrito with extra cheese :) He loved it, and they made him happy, so you know I'm happy! I've been coming here for years. Used to live a couple blocks away on Fairview Blvd. THIS IS THE BEST TACO BELL FROM MACHESNEY PARK TO ROCKFORD, NO LIE. You will not be disappointed. Kudos to the crew that is in there working at this moment. You all deserve a raise and have excellent customer service skills A+ A+

“Teresa was working today when I ordered through the mobile app. When I walked in I was greeted and given my hot food quickly even though I had put the order in 5 minutes prior to getting there. I had a question about my order and Teresa helped me and was very kind. I will try to come back soon!“

“Im a tow truck driver and it’s usually hard to find a place that will serve us. I know it’s just taco bell, but tonight’s crew did a phenomenal job.
