went in, asked the child at the desk for a pint of ice cream. he looked at me like i had 3 heads and then eventually understood what i was asking and said “i don’t know how to give you that” ??? you don’t know how to scoop ice cream into a container? please teach your employees how to do their job.

I ordered my daughter's birthday cake online two days before her birthday and went to pick-up at the right time from this store. However, there was no cake or store workers! The people who was watching(?) the store just told me that they could not do anything nor give me refund. I had my daughter choose her favorite flavor and design for the first time instead of giving her a gift, because that was what she wanted. But that plan was totally ruined and I would never ever order...read full review

The sanitation is below accepted levels employees wipe their noses with their fingers, not even if you show them on screen; they deny it's them. Really? There is no management there except some 20-year-old kids running into the ground
