“I have definitely had some less-than-stellar microbrewery experiences but this was NOT one of them. 100% success rate on the interesting and completely exceptional beer here. Solar flare, Portage Pils, Ridiculousness. Coming from THE Bier Capital of the planet, completely comfortable recommending this small business to do business with. Very good Bier indeed.“

“Stopped in yesterday for a few drinks. Got to chat with the owner, eat some great local pizza from Billy Brick's, and sample some of the best beer Chicagoland has to offer. “We ate at Phase Three today at the recommendation of my doctor. And it did NOT disappoint. We even got a complimentary meal from the Executive Chef so he didn’t waste the plate after taking pictures of his new special. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. There were so many flavors and they all blended so dang well. They even had some unique beer option that we brought home. If your down in the Chicago area or willing to make the trip, it’s definitely worth it“

“Hosted a 70-ish person birthday here. Amazing staff, food, drinks, and atmosphere. Beautiful outdoor space. We were looking for a laid back, fun, relaxing place to host a birthday and this place checked all those boxes. Shannon was great to work with, and our waitress was super cool. Loved seeing what looked to be a family operation in the kitchen! My only comment is that the barrel room needs just a little more light for those overcast days! We will be returning to une annee and they are at the top of our list for future events.“
“What a hidden gem that’s not so hidden anymore. Staff is beyond accommodating and beers are some of the best around with a ginormous selection. Patio is huge and everything is SUPER clean! Biker Dude Smash Burgers was there, went to a 90 wait within 15 mins of starting up…. Would’ve waited 9 hours and been worth it!!! Must visit if in the Chicago area 🍻“

“A pleasant neighborhood brewery, bar, and restaurant. We generally order burgers or fish and chips, and enjoy a local beer with our meal. We ordered soft pretzels for our ap, which came with two amazingly good dpping sauces - yum!

“We tried Pho no. 1 Brewing tonight and we were really happy with it! We’ll be back again for sure! The Pho was a little sweeter than I expected, but it was my first time having it so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The beef skewers, egg rolls, and wings were amazing. All four of us left full and happy! Definitely recommend!“

“12/3/25 night Brother from Texas and me. Fantastic Bar, best small town drinking place, “Great” Selections. Scott the Bartender is very personable/funny almost like someone I would hang out with. We group of 4 went Lunar Brewing couple of times 20 years ago, my brother and been talking about coming back. Today after leaving noisy,yuppy, pricy Yardhouse. We opted to Lunar, now I found new pub to spend our weekend chilly brewing after 30 years @ Brixies Saloon (Brookfield) which personally closed to me in 2017. I reside in Romeoville/ Plainfield since 2004. Nothing out there, Really“
