“I have to say I like IHOP the all American diner. To me the food is always fresh. The coffee! And I’ve never had bad service. The Rosemont location is always busy. Everyone always very friendly. I still think they have the best pancakes so if you’re looking for the all-American diner, it’s still IHOP and would I go back most definitely

“Food was great. Always is! The main issue is the cleanliness of the dining area and lack of aesthetic appeal. You guys make a killing. Invest in your diner and get your workers more help. They do as much as they can! Great crew! Paint your walls. Decorate the store. Get better seats. Scared more don’t make no $.“

“Courteous staff with a team effort to get out all quality product that is similar to any other production, no matter the location..... even late hour pickup near Ohare, where customer demand can vary by the weather and flights. I'll be stopping with an order from my wife (long time fan) before I go back to Wisconsin.“
