She shouldn’t have a loose ponytail with long hair in food service. At least the other two girls were kind and had their hair in tight buns. Poor customer service on the one girl .“

“Nadiya created the most magical Harry Potter inspired wedding cake for us. From the beautiful tasting to the final design, the entire experience felt enchanting. She listened to every detail and brought our vision to life with the hand painted forest, the Patronus, the gold accents, the Golden Snitch and the perfect “Always” touch. The cake was stunning, meaningful and completely gluten free for my allergy, yet it still tasted absolutely incredible. Our guests were in awe of how beautiful and delicious it was. “Very easy to work with! Our reception venue set up our wedding cake through The Baking Institute. It was easy to set up an appointment and select our tasting menu. When we arrived, things were prepared and it didn’t take much time from start to finish to taste, select the flavor, and choose the design. The cake looked beautiful and tasted great too! “I ordered my son’s Golden Birthday cake from Cakes and beyond and did everything from out of town. Anna was very easy to work with and did absolutely everything I wanted. Her communication is Great. I had her deliver it to the restaurant we were going to celebrate and when she dropped it off she texted me to let me know it was there. The cake was Beautiful and better than I expected. It was very delicious and everyone around us was saying how nice it was and asked where I got it from. These cakes are worth every penny!“

“Best bakery in Cicero! Love the Family the son Alex is extremely nice and helpful!! They have the freshest baked goods around hands down!!! It was by far the best danish I’ve ever had. My wife got a chocolate cupcake because it was our anniversary and she loved it! Our baby Benny got a m&m cookie and ate every last crumb. We also had shares donut and it was beyond fresh. We have family in the area so we’ll definitely be coming back soon. We even told our family about the bakery it was so goooood!!!! You have customers for life with us! “As a busy working, traveling mom, I was trying to plan my precious daughter’s sixth birthday party when I was out of town and was in a bind because I didn’t order a cake I envisioned in advance. The bakery called me back promptly as I was sitting at the airport in Boston, I sent over a picture of the unicorn cake I envisioned, and they had it ready along with 2 dozen cupcakes that day! Also ordered their butter cookies and the broffee and it was all a huge hit with our guests. Thanks again for coming to the rescue. “Realized I didn’t close my bag of wafer paper all the way so it was brittle and couldn’t print on it for my cake order. Needed more last minute when OF COURSE my Amazon order with more wafer paper sheets in it didn’t show up! This place wasn’t far and super sweet! Really great to know that if I need some last minute items I can get them locally from a small business instead of ordering from Amazon. Thank you for being here and being so sweet! The bakery didn't have much to offer was told I had to come back in afternoon for their pan frances which is strange because I feel it's something that should have been available as it was only 10am on a Monday. What I did buy was good though. I was not disappointed.“

“We got our daughter’s 4th Birthday cake from here. We chose princess themed and were able to customize. We went in and the gentleman taking our order was very attentive and wrote everything down. I called two days before to confirm and they immediately knew what I was talking about. Pick up was a breeze and everyone loved the vanilla on top (two tier) and chocolate strawberry on the bottom ice cream cake. It was decorated well and I could tell they took their time. I am very pleased and would totally go back!“
