“Great food served by wonderful people. The owners care so much about the quality of food and most often they are the ones cooking it. That’s why I recommend The Space! Swing by for lunch sometimes they get busy at dinner. Highly recommend!“

“I was there after what I assume is the busy time, so I had the dining room to myself. There was a steady stream of folks in the drive thru though. The "Deluxe Single Basket" was more than enough to fill me up. I had to buy a take-home pint, too full for dessert. The staff were friendly and at least one was always cleaning something.“

“Normally, the food is great and shopping is fun. But 3 days ago, I ordered the homestyle chicken salad and the salad was mostly yellow lettuce - the chef had cut the heart of the head into the salad. It was so bitter that I could not eat it. I mentioned it to the server, who should have noticed, but didn’t. Why did the chef serve this? Still, I would recommend because the food is usually good.“

“Had early dinner at the Big Grove and was completely blown away. Food was excellent with a variety of menu items that had me wishing my stomach was a bit bigger. I sat at the bar as I was dining alone and the bartender did a great job of explaining the various items I inquired about as well as suggesting a perfect craft beer pairing. I only get to Champaign a couple of times a year, but this will be my go-to anytime in the area.“

“Stumbled across this gem on accident today! This place is Amazing! The guy working was super nice (and gave me Swiss cheese instead of American :) ) I got the fat walk of shame and it was sooooooo good!!! He even let me pick music to listen to! I’ll definitely be back!! Thank you, Fat Sandwich Company!!!“

“In a world of drive thru atmosphere, the dine in experience here is a little treat. Everyone is so helpful and kind, they even have had trivia nights on occasion. Having little kids and feeling comfortable having them be able to grab a utensil or condiment without being scared and attending to your other is a small town comfort that is rare.“

“They changed the recipe of the fries and I am devastated. We went from thin, crunchy, delicious fries with garnish to the basic french fries with no flavor. They’re only good with dipping sauce or another food item. I used to ONLY order french fries, but not anymore because they don’t taste the same. ? THEY ALSO RAISED THE PRICE FROM $2.50 TO $3.00!!!! ?“

“Stopped in last night for a quick bite to eat. The server was phenomenal. The manager came by and was so friendly and even made my daughter feel special for her birthday. I can’t remember if her name is Courtnee or Tori but either way KEEP her!!“
