“GrubHub left me hanging and cancelled my order without any meaningful explanation. Since I was still hungry and wanted dinner, I called the store directly. Boy am I glad I did! The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!. I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper! Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same. Now where is that chocolate covered strawberry for my dessert. Yummy!“

“We all know what Minnie Bird is famous for, and what keeps us coming back. The dirty sodas and that delicious free ice cream! They also have so much variety when it comes to dirty sodas that I’m still trying to make my way through them all 😂 When I first tried Minnie Bird’s dirty sodas, I was honestly obsessed and needed one every day after that. My go-to is the toasty marshmallow, no changes just add vanilla and add coconut cream as well and it’s absolutely divine. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The food is tasty and fresh to order, with a variety of sauces to choose from. The only downside is that the chicken isn’t the most heavily seasoned, so that could be improved a bit, and the bread is a little basic and could use some work So if you’re looking for seasoning, and good bread maybe stick to canes. Other than that, I really do love this place, and Minnie Bird will always be in my rotation of go-to spots! So good!😊“

“This was my first time visiting this place. I must say, The customer service, food, and atmosphere was way above what I was expecting. I usually do not like custard ice cream(I have tried 4 places before here), my partner said just try it. But before we finished our food, I was given a sample and I loved it. I don't know what they do differently. But it was excellent. I'm definitely making sure when I visit again this Culver's will be my first stop for food.“

“I love this location this subway is my go to list owner and employees are very friendly but sometime it’s people who are not nice i was enjoying my lunch break and there is a one lady who was complaining about soup I was there I purchased soup also my was so delicious and fresh and she bring her soup back and saying it was water and employee showed her we never put water and then that lady was like I warm up and add some water so I do not understand if you want free food just ask I know this subway people they will happily give you free food but leting people down it’s not good I work in Jewel-Osco I forget my Walt at home and they trust me and offer me a my as usual meal so please people don’t do this this subway employees and owner are nothing but nice.. The place was clean, the service was exceptional and the staff were very friendly. I ordered the Jersey Shores sub and it was freshly made and delicious. “I have always had a good experience with this place! Sure, every business makes mistakes, but it's how they fix those mistakes that matters. For 90% of the time, my pizza has been made specifically how I said I wanted it, with a polite, friendly, and charismatic delivery guy. I know how customer service is, and it isn't easy. For a delivery guy to be delivering good service like that at the end of the night, consistently, is impressive. Although they do seem stressed at times, (once again, not always, but I have noticed that-they are quite busy), they deliver great end result. Loved this pizza hut, and I will definitely come back!“
