“Friendly and fast service“

“GrubHub left me hanging and cancelled my order without any meaningful explanation. Since I was still hungry and wanted dinner, I called the store directly. Boy am I glad I did! The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!. I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper! Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same. Now where is that chocolate covered strawberry for my dessert. Yummy!“

“Better quality for the price than Canes. A variety of sauces to choose from and lots of options for sides. Dining area is clean and the free ice cream cones is a fun touch.

Chicken tenders are large, very tender, and have a very thin breading for those that prefer that. Will be back to try their other offerings.“

Actually, I was so looking forward to eating the luscious Qdoba burrito bowl, I didn't think twice, until now, while I'm writing the review of the wonderful staff on hand: Michelle & Teresa run a tight ship, professional and fun. Why fun? They talk about various subjects if you bring them up, they explain the high quality of the food, and generally make us feel comfortable while they're preparing our chicken burrito bowls with free chips, another added perk that chipotle doesn't have. The only problem? This is the closest Qdoba, but it's 6 miles away. Doesn't stop stop us from going though. We work out at LA Fitness out there anyway. “Love their cream cheese rangoons! The beyond orange chicken (vegetarian version of the orange chicken) is also really delicious! Shrimp is tasty. I've had their chowmein/noodles before too, and they're also really good! Overall, a good place with actual tasty vegetarian-friendly options, and decent prices!“

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, they aren’t shy about the ingredients it’s always consistent (staff is well trained on building the sub correctly and using the correct amount of meats and cheeses each time), this place has staff who know what they are talking about when it comes to the menu. “I have always had a good experience with this place! Sure, every business makes mistakes, but it's how they fix those mistakes that matters. For 90% of the time, my pizza has been made specifically how I said I wanted it, with a polite, friendly, and charismatic delivery guy. I know how customer service is, and it isn't easy. For a delivery guy to be delivering good service like that at the end of the night, consistently, is impressive. “I have always been impressed with the idea of Subway compared to other sub places and thought I would comment on the store. They did a great job, taking my order and smiling and treating me nicely. I appreciate subways in general because you can add whatever ingredients you would like as well as toast it and change all sorts of things about it unlike Jimmy John’s. “Was my 1st time at an Auntie Anne’s and got an Original Pretzel wish for me was too salty and sadly wasn’t warmed up at all and later found out the best one was the Sweet Almond but honestly I really liked the texture.

They’ve also got pretzel buckets, nuggets, mini dogs, drinks, dips, and apparently do catering. The pretzel flavours are Original, Sweet Almond, Cinnamon Sugar, Roasted Garlic & Parmesan, and Sour Cream & Onion. Overall, alright 1st experience but nothing super special. They’ve got a good selection though.“
