“Friendly and fast service“

“GrubHub left me hanging and cancelled my order without any meaningful explanation. Since I was still hungry and wanted dinner, I called the store directly. Boy am I glad I did! The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!. I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper! Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same. Now where is that chocolate covered strawberry for my dessert. Yummy!“

Chicken tenders are large, very tender, and have a very thin breading for those that prefer that. Will be back to try their other offerings.“

“This was my first time visiting this place. I must say, The customer service, food, and atmosphere was way above what I was expecting. I usually do not like custard ice cream(I have tried 4 places before here), my partner said just try it. But before we finished our food, I was given a sample and I loved it. I don't know what they do differently. But it was excellent. I'm definitely making sure when I visit again this Culver's will be my first stop for food.“

“Love Qdoba. Love it so much we forgot to get the free guac last time. I thought I was at chipotle, who charges. Haha. Actually, I was so looking forward to eating the luscious Qdoba burrito bowl, I didn't think twice, until now, while I'm writing the review of the wonderful staff on hand: Michelle & Teresa run a tight ship, professional and fun. Why fun? They talk about various subjects if you bring them up, they explain the high quality of the food, and generally make us feel comfortable while they're preparing our chicken burrito bowls with free chips, another added perk that chipotle doesn't have. The only problem? This is the closest Qdoba, but it's 6 miles away. Doesn't stop stop us from going though. We work out at LA Fitness out there anyway. “The location off Roselle on Golf is easy to drive into and out; customer service was great as I was greeted when I walked in; Server gave me detailed meat selection and suggestions; server who finished sandwiches had a good sense of humor; and manager was cool & calm when I goofed up with my discount.

For 90% of the time, my pizza has been made specifically how I said I wanted it, with a polite, friendly, and charismatic delivery guy. I know how customer service is, and it isn't easy. For a delivery guy to be delivering good service like that at the end of the night, consistently, is impressive. Although they do seem stressed at times, (once again, not always, but I have noticed that-they are quite busy), they deliver great end result. Loved this pizza hut, and I will definitely come back!“

“I visited the location on 05/21/26 around the 1:00pm hour and I must admit I actually had a great experience with this particular location. The place was clean, the service was exceptional and the staff were very friendly. I ordered the Jersey Shores sub and it was freshly made and delicious. The best part of the visited and order were those chocolate chip cookies, man are those cookies good. WHO makes those cookies??? Those cookies tasted homemade and were fresh not doughy like some other cookie brands from other sub places.“
