“I enjoy the whopper from BK, so sometimes I go there as a treat. I don't like waiting in the drive-thru, so I always order inside. But it seems like they are slower inside than outside. I wonder why that is. The store looks nice and cozy after the renovation. A few times they messed up my order, but they fixed it. The only downside is that they close early, so no late-night burgers for me. Maybe they will change their hours someday. For now, I have to plan ahead.“

“I can't say enough about this restaurant, and especially the manager, Jamie. I am traveling and placed an Uber Eats order with this restaurant. After a two hour debacle with Uber Eats, which ended in the driver stealing my food, and Uber Eats canceling my order, I finally called the restaurant to find out what actually happened. That's when I first talked to Jamie. She took the time to go listen to my story, and then go through everything that happened on their end. She even tried to contact Uber Eats, to find a way to fix the situation. She called me back several times, as she promised. While she wasn't able to help me get any satisfaction out of Uber Eats, she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I wish I found more people with her work ethic and desire to help, during my travels. Thanks Jamie!“

“We ordered our food over the phone to be picked up (carry out). When we got to the restaurant, we ordered wings. We put the order online just to get the wings for 50 cents a wing. They got our order completely right. They were friendly and gave us very good service. When we arrived back home, the food was hot and really good. We had no complaints because it was well prepared and fresh.

“first, the employees are awesome. the music that was playing was awesome. I had a long day, and just wanted to sit down and eat a good cheeseburger. I love burgers, but is hard to find a good place to eat burgers. it was my first time visiting 5 Guys. The gracious and beautiful lady explained in great detail the menu, how big each portion is. All employees had such a happy attitude that match the delicious food they cook, and create such a fun and great ambiance to eat! I'm going back that's for sure.“

“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“This location is fantastic, always polite and attentive. They ask about the app every time and ensure my order is always right on top of being the friendliest and most concise eatery around. “We visited the Shiloh location on Tuesday, November 19th after my brother-in-laws funeral. Our server was Shawndell! She was extremely efficient and courteous!! She went above and beyond and gave us the best service we have encountered in a very long time! I asked to speak to the manager to comment on our great service and the manager, I think her name was Angie, gave my sister sincere condolences and gave my sister her meal for free!
Shawndell also plated our leftovers for us and we each received a loaf of your delicious bread to take home with our leftovers! We feel they should both receive recognition for their caring and excellent service!“
