“My daughter and I ate at First Watch on January 25,2024, the food was good as always. So as we were leaving I went to pay and my daughter and granddaughter went to the car, my comes in and say mama I locked the keys in the car and my granddaughter is in there. She called O’Fallon police and so did one of the staff did as well. The police community service worker came out and tried unlocking the door for about 20 minutes, remind you my granddaughter is in there and it’s cold and raining. Next thing I know almost the whole staff came out and tried everything they can do because they seen we were out there for a long time. I finally got ahold of my insurance company and they sent someone out and they was able to unlock my door finally. Big shout out to the staff at First Watch for all your help, my daughter and I really appreciate you all ❤️“

Placed our order and sat down and was brought out within minutes.

I had the lunch gyro plate but I havwe been told the Italian beef is tied for first there.

Even though the dining area is a bit small, it was very nice and relaxing.“

“We are huge fans of their pizza, salads and wings. Today I veered from my usual and ordered a reuben sandwich. I had an outrageously fabulous Ruben on the Jersey shore many years ago that was totally amazing. Sybergs was easily right behind that! I ordered extra kraut. The corned beef was not tender, but I ordered extra kraut, which was tender and so flavorful. The corned beef and kraut were layered like a lasagna. The sauce pushed it all over the top! Mmm...look forward to ordering it again!“

I asked the waiter (Peter) if anything came with the sandwich and he said no but when you see the size of this sandwich you won't want anything else instead of trying to upsell a side or an appetizer. I really appreciated the honesty. Well, take a look at the pic, I was starving but could only finish 2/3. The bread was soft and crunchy. The meatballs were fantastic. The cheeze was ooey and gooey. The sauce on the sandwich was just enough to flavor the sandwich without making a runny mess. There was a side dish of just sauce perfect for dipping. I give the total experience 12 out of 10 stars. “We had a fabulous meal after I read the reviews online. We decided to give them a try. We are from North Carolina passing through headed to Yellow Stone. If you have not experienced this steakhouse, don’t walk, run over to have dinner with them. The service was outstanding, the prime rib was the best my husband and I have ever eaten. We would visit often if we lived close. Thanks for a great meal! 💕“

“I can't say enough about this restaurant, and especially the manager, Jamie. I am traveling and placed an Uber Eats order with this restaurant. After a two hour debacle with Uber Eats, which ended in the driver stealing my food, and Uber Eats canceling my order, I finally called the restaurant to find out what actually happened. That's when I first talked to Jamie. She took the time to go listen to my story, and then go through everything that happened on their end. She even tried to contact Uber Eats, to find a way to fix the situation. She called me back several times, as she promised. While she wasn't able to help me get any satisfaction out of Uber Eats, she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I wish I found more people with her work ethic and desire to help, during my travels. Thanks Jamie!“

I had the Gasthaus but with Mac and cheese as a side and my boyfriend got the Brisket Loaded Fries. Both were delicious and really filled us up!“

“Well personally picking up an order is great but door dashing sucks they automatically give you forks like you don't know how to use chopsticks everytime I door dash I ask the driver for chopsticks because it doesn't give me an option on door dash and we'll they always put forks in the bag but I want not only the good food but the good experience of using chopsticks I wish they would put chopsticks in the bags instead of forks cause everyone has forks at home but not everyone has chopsticks 😭😭😭😭😭😭 and the dasher or Uber eats don't listen when you ask them to ask for chopsticks I love using chopsticks to eat my food and no matter how many Times I ask the delivery person never gets them please start putting atleast one set of chopsticks in the delivery orders its not the same using a fork it ruins the whole mood of eating the food like the food is still good but not having chopsticks ruins the whole experience“
