“My daughter and I ate at First Watch on January 25,2024, the food was good as always. So as we were leaving I went to pay and my daughter and granddaughter went to the car, my comes in and say mama I locked the keys in the car and my granddaughter is in there. She called O’Fallon police and so did one of the staff did as well. The police community service worker came out and tried unlocking the door for about 20 minutes, remind you my granddaughter is in there and it’s cold and raining. Next thing I know almost the whole staff came out and tried everything they can do because they seen we were out there for a long time. I finally got ahold of my insurance company and they sent someone out and they was able to unlock my door finally. Big shout out to the staff at First Watch for all your help, my daughter and I really appreciate you all ❤️“

I made it my personal mission to visit every brunch place in the St Louis area. This place is my new favorite. I hate to say it because it is 1/2 a mile from my home. I ordered the unlimited mimosas and she brought be the bottle and all the add ins I wanted so I could mix my own. ❤️ The food was seasoned and tasted awesome . I will be back. “I can't say enough about this restaurant, and especially the manager, Jamie. I am traveling and placed an Uber Eats order with this restaurant. After a two hour debacle with Uber Eats, which ended in the driver stealing my food, and Uber Eats canceling my order, I finally called the restaurant to find out what actually happened. That's when I first talked to Jamie. She took the time to go listen to my story, and then go through everything that happened on their end. She even tried to contact Uber Eats, to find a way to fix the situation. She called me back several times, as she promised. While she wasn't able to help me get any satisfaction out of Uber Eats, she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I wish I found more people with her work ethic and desire to help, during my travels. Thanks Jamie!“

The kids meals are like an adult meal and an adult meal would serve two adults. I just wish we had known that because we were visiting from out of town so could not bring home any leftovers. “This is my favorite Chinese, eating here since I was a child.This is is not a China King, this is the real deal.Yes there is a young man working the check out counter and to go’s. I don’t know the issue people have, teens work in the restaurant industry anywhere you go. He gets my order right and gives me correct change, I’m not sure what more people expect. There is a slight language barrier and when that happens people feed off energy, maybe people are upset for exposing their own energy.The crab Rangoon isn’t as sweet as most that’s true. But everything including the CR is delicious. “Well personally picking up an order is great but door dashing sucks they automatically give you forks like you don't know how to use chopsticks everytime I door dash I ask the driver for chopsticks because it doesn't give me an option on door dash and we'll they always put forks in the bag but I want not only the good food but the good experience of using chopsticks I wish they would put chopsticks in the bags instead of forks cause everyone has forks at home but not everyone has chopsticks 😭😭😭😭😭😭 and the dasher or Uber eats don't listen when you ask them to ask for chopsticks I love using chopsticks to eat my food and no matter how many Times I ask the delivery person never gets them please start putting atleast one set of chopsticks in the delivery orders its not the same using a fork it ruins the whole mood of eating the food like the food is still good but not having chopsticks ruins the whole experience“
