“I came here to get a footlong and the store was packed, very busy with only two people behind the counter. A nice gentlemen working the register and a lady, who seemed like the manager was making all the sandwiches while training the man. Overall you could tell they were both very very stressed but she was still so nice and made sure to tell everyone to have a nice day while walking out the door.“

“This Subway has seen a huge improvement in the last year. The folks working here are friendly and courteous to everyone. The previous group of people (perhaps another owner) were very unpleasant and not very sharp. They seemed to have a chip on their shoulders.
Now the display is clean, the food and vegetables are fresh and well stocked. The staff now smiles, they fulfill my request accurately without having to repeat myself.
