“One of THE BEST subways to go to. The customer service is great! All the workers are kind and very polite! They always make my food perfect and I never feel rushed. Clean store, clean cold table, and they take coupons. I've gone in at lunch and I've gone in the evening and the customer service is great! One of the biggest things for me is a girl switched gloves when making my sandwich! She washed her hands and had gloves on but when she contaminated them by touching something else she immediately switched gloves. Thank you to whoever trained this worker!“

“I came here to get a footlong and the store was packed, very busy with only two people behind the counter. A nice gentlemen working the register and a lady, who seemed like the manager was making all the sandwiches while training the man. Overall you could tell they were both very very stressed but she was still so nice and made sure to tell everyone to have a nice day while walking out the door.“

“This Subway has seen a huge improvement in the last year. The folks working here are friendly and courteous to everyone. The previous group of people (perhaps another owner) were very unpleasant and not very sharp. They seemed to have a chip on their shoulders.
Now the display is clean, the food and vegetables are fresh and well stocked. The staff now smiles, they fulfill my request accurately without having to repeat myself. It's refreshing these days to go into a place where they treat the customers with respect. This is now the best Subway I've been into.“

“I absolutely LOVE Jimmy John’s, but when moving from near their Shiloh location to Belleville almost 2 years ago, they wouldn’t deliver to me, (under 5 miles), and still don’t. Upset. My favorite hands down.I ordered from their app yesterday around 6 p.m. to pick up in store since I was nearby, and my sandwiches were prepared and bagged perfectly as I was walking in.I would even prefer getting it curbside, (since no delivery) ?, but they don’t offer it. Two females working, both pleasant, store very clean and tidy, just missing my delivery that Shiloh always offered.Quality of food is great, and consistent, so I’ll return. My sandwich is always fresh and made properly. My chips are fresh and my soda isn’t watered down or missing ice. Sorry in advance if I’m not spelling it right but Melyssa, Melissa, or Mylissa is the best thing going at this location. I only want my food if she’s working.
