“If you're looking for AMAZING chicken tenders and service, this is your place! They're cheap, quick and friendly. Don't get the catfish nuggets, though. They're a waste of money. They're way too hard to chew and not very good.“

Decided before we even drove 600 miles up here to come to merichkas friday the day after thankgiving and invite the family out to join us. made reservations for 6pm for a large table ,our 10 party members showed up on time . our table was ready . for parties over 8 people an 18% gratuity is automatically added to the bill. our waitress forgot to bring a salad , didnt refill a few drinks even after being asked, forgot to drop my daughters porkchop order so it didnt come until everyone else was just about done eating so they comped and put it up in a take home box. for demanding 18% tip we should have had impeccable table service. definitely not the merichkas we remember.“

“We had a funeral luncheon today, perfect location for the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery- the set up/family style food they have specifically for this type of event is great- private area, pleanty of food, good food. But what made me come on to leave a review was the great waitress we had. She went above and beyond, finding out my daughter couldn't eat much because her wisdom teeth had been pulled last week, and got her pleanty of mashed potatoes, and she was able to take some to go too. I know it doesn't sound like much, but when your 13, you haven't been able to eat much for the past week, have to go to all day funeral services, and then a lunch where your not sure what you will be able to eat, her kindness was very much appreciated! I informed our waitress about my condition, Hypoglycemia, which is characterized by low blood sugar; at that moment, my blood sugar was 57. I requested that our food be brought out promptly. The beverages we chose were quite refreshing. I selected a shrimp cocktail with extra avocado for my meal, while my husband opted for a steak burrito. The food was delivered to our table quickly, and we found everything fresh and flavorful. The service we received was exceptional, and we greatly appreciated the attentiveness of our outstanding waitress.“
