“Had an absolutely great experience. Our server Connie 10/10 we enjoyed the escargot and clams for an appetizer paired with an old fashioned and dirty martini. Followed by a filet migon, rack of lamb, and ribs. Everything was delicious from the cream of mushroom soup to the last bite of our dinner. “Love, love, love this place. The food, the atmosphere, the good looking crew, man! My first experience was to celebrate my daughter's birthday in August, the next was a birthday celebration for my sister, and God willing, I will celebrate my birthday in May. But trust, I will not wait until my birthday to go, mainly because I don't live in Illinois, but because I frequent this state, Al Bahaar is on my list of stops & I encourage family and friends to join me! “As soon as I walked in all the staff greeted me with smiles. I sat at the bar and was flooded with positive vibes. Everyone working behind the bar were very welcoming and attentive. I was solo but it didn't fell like it thanks to Jaysen, Ruben, and Larry. I will definitely be back because on top of all that the food was so fresh and delicious.“

“Lathaniel was amazing. Celebrated an early mothers day lunch/dinner with my mom, sis and nephew. He was attentive and supplied all of our needs and more. I will definitely be requesting him in the future. The food was hot and drinks cold! Perfect!!!“

“Ate here tonight and the food was wonderful. We had jerk turkey tips, jerk salmon and shrimp, yam, greens, cabbage, Mac and cheese and fried rice. Everything was tasty, hot, freshly made and spicy. The ladies were super friendly, helpful and provided great service. We will definitely be back to try other items. Ask about the specials that aren’t in the regular menu. Yum!“

“Fried chicken and mild sauce with fries is my go to meal, it always hits the spot! There are also various types of food here like the fish as well. They have a good assortment of cakes from local bakeries as well. I stop by this spot a lot but Sharks is pretty consistent with the quality and flavor around the Chicago area.It's that reliable place where I know I can find the flavors I crave, served with a side of warmth and familiarity. If you're a local or just passing through, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Sharks Fish and Chicken a try – a spot where great taste and a welcoming vibe come together in harmony.“

“You’d think this is only a Filipino grocery store, but they have plenty of delicious prepared foods in the back. The Crispy Pork Belly and Pancit is so good! I just put the pork belly in my airfryer and it’s like it just came out fresh from the fryer so crispy and good meat to fat ratio. So convenient for lazy days when you don’t want to cook and the price is decent. The lady that served me was really nice! Will definitely come back when I’m in the area.“
