“Such a gem- seriously! Cute, charming and well crafted Columbian coffee. They roast in-house. It’s authentic. Such a positive vibe here. Owners are so nice. The staff is so chill and kind. Seriously though, it’s a good coffee spot without pretentiousness and ego. You know what I’m talking about?? You do 😉. You know exactly what I’m talking about. One of the best parts of living in a big city is discovering hidden gems just around the corner. This coffee shop is practically a secret—I had a hard time finding it until I was nearly on top of it!
Stepping inside transports you straight to the 1920s. The coffee is fantastic, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere evokes the charm of old Chicago.
This is a must-visit spot if you can find it!“

It's always a pleasure to sip my coffee at the bay window or in one of their tables. It's my favorite place to visit. The place is strangely relaxing and pleasant. “My daughter won a contest on Instagram for 2 free meals, drinks and cookies. She invited her sister, so it was 3 of us. We drove from Babylon to Manhasset to try this cute little cafe. When we got there I let the cashier, maybe manager know who we were. She was so gracious, explained the menu items and recommended the coffees we should try. We placed our order and waited. The food that came out was so pretty, smelled amazing and was delicious too.“

“I went to the store looking to order a Nespresso machine and get some pods for the machine. There was difficulty with using my gift card for an online order. However, the staff was very wonderful and attentive when trying to figure this out. They were all very kind and were very hardworking individuals. Store and flow of everything was very organized.“

“I’m pretty new to espresso in general, and the Nespresso store at Old Orchard has been such an incredible experience from day one. I’ve been in the store three times now, and every visit I’m met with some of the most knowledgeable, kind, patient, and genuinely helpful people—especially Price and Eli.
They’ve taken the time to educate me, help troubleshoot my machine, and open my eyes to a whole new world of coffee. Because of them, I’m now officially a die-hard Nespresso fan.
In a time when so many retail experiences can feel rushed or impersonal—and when people are turning more and more to online ordering—this is the kind of store that actually makes you want to come in. They walk you through the options, explain everything clearly, let you sample different coffees, and truly provide a level of service that no website, AI, or computer ever could.
I’ve tried other espresso brands, and honestly, nothing beats Nespresso. The quality and flavors are incredible, and the experience at this store makes it even better. Huge thanks to Price and Eli for being so patient and passionate about what they do.
Keep up the great work—I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending the Old Orchard location to anyone getting into espresso!“
