“The food/drinks are always amazing at this location. However the staff really make me enjoy going here. My dog recently passed away and I’ve been struggling with it. The cashier asked how I was and I let it slip and she showed sincere kindness. She gave me some bonus stickers, cookies and just a lot of sincerity. I love this location and will keep coming back 💛“

“Visited for the first time today after living in beloit for 30 years. The bagels were small, dry.and so over priced. I spent 29 dollars on a plain bagel, a muffin and 2 smoothies. Really disappointed because I make better bagels at my house.... BUT the employees are super cute little robots 😅“

“Today the Roscoe Starbucks made me the best Starbucks coffee I have ever had! I know coffee, and I drink a lot of it. I’d say they were slightly busy at the drive through at 9:21am for it being a holiday. I’m very glad they were actually open! I ordered one of my favorite custom made coffees and the barista nailed it! Literally nailed it!!!!! It was amazing!!! Job well done!“

“I live in Roscoe and I chose to drive to this location rather than my local Starbucks. I order online through the application and my order is always ready for me. This location gets very busy and even when you can see the employees are visibly overworked they are still polite and fix any mistake made.
Dietary restrictions: They have options for diary free drinks
Parking: A number of businesses are next to Starbucks so parking fills up quickly.“

“Been to many locations, but Beloit will always be my favorite. Everyone is so kind, and my coffee always comes out perfect! Today I accidentally ordered at a Rockford location (rough day, holding on by a thread here), but the employees made sure I still got my regular order. And it really turned my day around. I wish I had asked their names, they deserve recognition for how kind and caring they are. If you ladies end up reading this, just know that you had a massive impact. Sometimes it's as simple as a coffee, but it really made a difference. Your kindness will not be forgotten. 💝“

“It was a McD so you got what you expect, but I uprated them for service. We were starved because we missed motel BF because we wanted yo get on the road to get ahead of developing snow storm in WI. We got our meals very quickly even for a McD -- hot and fast!!“
