Was instantly greeted after I walked in. Greeted in a warm manner not robot ish. They always get my food out quick and pretty consistent. I love the shakes and their chicken related products.
Great meal for the wife and I. Need black olives on the topping menu, otherwise nothing bad to say. We satisfied.
We called same day after a catering service did not show up to provide lunch for the team of volunteers who was helping to clean up at the animal shelter that was impacted by the tornado. The store only had 3 staff but didn’t hesitate to immediately help create catering boxes for over 75 people in less than an hour. They were so friendly and incredibly impactful to the work we were doing. Can’t say thank you enough!! What a great community partner!

Based on the reviews, Potbelly is a restaurant that provides both catering and regular dining. The store helped a team of volunteers by creating catering boxes for over 75 people in less than an hour, with friendly and impactful staff. However, some find the restaurant over priced and over rated. One customer felt rushed and charged more than the online price, with no receipt given. The skinny italian and skinny prime rib, Oreo shakes, chips, pickles, cookies, and broccoli and cheddar soup were ordered. The soup was poured from a bag and was not hot and bland. The prime rib could have been more seasoned. The milkshakes needed more cookie taste. The tables were dirty. On the other hand, regular customers find the staff very welcoming and the quality of the food pretty high. A big fan of the chicken and cheddar wraps, with lots of free toppings. The Sandwich was So Good, especially the Pulled Pork sandwiches, and the Seasonal Shake, Churro was So yummy. One customer met a new G.M. who was very knowledgeable and friendly, with exceptional food. However, the bacon tastes like pepper, not bacon. Overall, a pretty good place to eat.
