We received the wrong pizzas last week but didn't have time (or, frankly, patience with small children at home) to return them and wait for more. After I filled out the survey explaining the problem, Deborah called me and offered to replace our pizzas at my convenience. We picked up our replacement pizzas with no problems. I am very appreciative of her excellent customer service.“

Haven’t had Barbecue like this since Alice on 43rd between Wabash and Michigan Ave. Moreover Alice , there’s a new Queen and King of Barbecue. It’s the best! “I love this place so much!! I drive 15 min. from my office just to eat lunch here. The Lavazza crepe is so so so good. Really nice chewy texture.

The avocado crepe with turkey is supreme!

Their goulash is also good.

I order here regularly at least a few times a month.

They also have so many drinks, snacks, and desserts ^_^“

“This location was, by far, the best DQ we have ever visited. We have a family of 6, and upon arrival, we were personally greeted immediately by what I believe was the GM of the establishment, who wZ pleasantly friendly! The cleanliness of the restaurant was immaculate. The environment and atmosphere was superb. They were patient as we decided what to order. They have great deals and, for a family of 6, each one of us ordered lunch and dessert for about $30! We decided to dine-in, and the service was so fast, that we were personally handed some items before we even sat down! Upon seating, they had brought all of our items to us personally, only about 1 minute after having sat down! It was incredible service. The food and desserts were delicious! The best burger we had in a long time! My sons loved the new confetti dipped cone, and a classic vanilla shake. My husband and I enjoyed our blizzards, and my daughters loved the real strawberries in their strawberry sundaes! Overall, the management and team were awesome, excellent restaurant. thank you DQ for the pleasant experience!“

“I was passing by on my way to Indiana and I saw Shrimp Xpress and decided to stop by. The fried shrimp came in a paper bag with a tray and they were fresh, hot and delicious! They came with a nice tangy sauce, and I ordered a drink. My shrimp were great the texture was nice and they were not fried too hard and it had a nice batter. What you see photos of is one pound of delicious shrimp. It is an outdated drive thru, and you are ready to quickly pull out once you get your order. The staff was nice and friendly and my order was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. The reason for my 3 stars is because of the time it took them to acknowledge me when I arrived to the speaker. The reason for my rating of the atmosphere was just the layout of the drive thru.“

“Best 5 guys experience I have ever had. We walked in and they explained that it would be a few minutes before we got our order taken as they were swamped. Even while busy all the staff were friendly, smiling and communicating with one really well and we didn’t even wait that long for our food which tasted perfect!“

“I had a taste for some White Castles for lunch. But, if I'm going to be honest, it was the fast food restaurant I drove past with the shortest drive-through line at the time. I knew what I was going to get with White Castles. I was driving, and the burgers were perfect for a quick meal/snack on the go.“

But, I tried using the app to get rewards and had issues (order not going through initially/then missing items). So I wanted to give Sharon a shout out for being amazing, with helping correct our order when the app was not acting right!“

Cornbeef on Rye, this time I asked for the roast beef instead and when I got to the window I told the girl I hadn’t tried the Roast beef I usually get the Rueben sandwich and that I hope I like, I’m huge Arby’s fan yata yata so! She said she hadn’t tried it either but she said she would give me both in case I didn’t like the roast beef, I’m like cool!

“This is the only J&J I will go to. The customer service is top tier. I believe it is the owner that works the register. She's very friendly. She makes you feel like family. The restaurant is extremely clean all the time. The food is excellent. You can tell the grease is cleaned frequently. Fish and chicken always taste fresh and cooked to perfection. They called me and said they would go ahead and make it so it would be ready once I got there. For nine of us for our Great America trip for the next day.“

“You know the best time for me to go to this White Castle is when I am sick from medication and I need food right now. This certain location makes me feel like I am at home chicken rings always hot, coke soda stay on point. Every time I go through the drive up so far no matter who is there they are alway nice even sometimes the cooks come from the back give me my food and tell me have a great day. I have not been inside yet, but I will be going in next time for the atmosphere, thanks guys i appreciate you all.“

“I have been to this location of Culver's in Monee about four times, now. I have had a great experience everytime, even with different management. Ja'Ney, I think it's spelled that way was very accommodating towards me and Van Lain made our concrete's very well. This is the Culver's to go to!“

$4 regular onion rings came with literally only 4 onion rings. $1/ring is crazy so that’s the only feedback. Will say they were nice and crispy tho but still either overpriced, but more likely the gentleman serving out too few on accident.“
