“IT’S WIIIIIIIILD to me that EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I come in… Which is MULTIPLE times a week… That I LITERALLY will stand in front of the register for 2-4 minutes (think about how long that actually is)… Where NO ONE looks at me or greets me. I don’t care that I wait for service. NOT an issue. This place is busy BECAUSE the products are so good. But the fact that a customer could enter your store and NOT be greeted is absolutely INSANE to me. The service in Rock Falls is SO. MUCH. BETTER. It’s taken me like 8+ trips before I finally made this post. Someone should really train these baristas how to represent your business. It makes me not even want to come here, when this is EASILY the best place in town. 😤😤😤“

“Rock Star donuts is an incredible place to get some yummy treats or to get yourself a pick me up drink. My fiancé and I went there a couple weeks ago. This place has THE BEST glazed doughnuts you will ever eat! In fact, we liked them more than the specialty donuts! 🤭 Besides how yummy the doughnuts and energy drink was, the girls working- were extremely sweet, happy, and could tell they loved their job. Lauren helped us out and I just want to say how amazing she did and how awesome she is at her job. Even with the people behind us, she was asking what they wanted to try and was giving them ideas and her fav reccos! Owners- you have yourself one incredible worker who is very kind and uplifting to each customer that walks through your door! You should be proud! We will DEFINITELY be back again. 😊🍩“

The restaurant has a clean, comfortable atmosphere, and the staff is always welcoming. I usually order a classic cheeseburger, and it’s always cooked perfectly – juicy, flavorful, and served with fresh toppings. The fries are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and never soggy, which is a big plus. I also tried their milkshake, and it was creamy and delicious, the perfect way to finish off a meal. One thing I really appreciate is the quick service. Even during busy hours, I rarely have to wait more than 5-10 minutes for my order. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quick and satisfying meal“
