“I've been going to Riganato's for many years and have never had a bad meal and I've tried quite a few of the entrees. This time I tried something new, the filet medallions (2) $29 and added 5 large shrimp $7. The medallions were VG though a little on the peppery side. I split the shrimp with my wife and they were superb. This entree is not only VG it is a bargain. The medallions are offered in 3 but unless one is a big eater it would likely be too much. The service was excellent too and quiet enough for conversation. I will be back.“

“So I can't remember which bowl I got because this was my very first time eating here. But it had a spicy chicken and a whole bunch of vegetables and was delicious. The salad dressing was a little bit watery, so that would be the only thing that I would change. But that's pretty minuscule.“

“Mr. Cesar’s Mexican Grill is our new favorite! Their menu is huge, portions are generous, the food is authentic, the atmosphere is friendly and bright! Eat in, carry out, delivery! Such a delight to have this great Mexican restaurant right here in Elgin!“

“It was excellent, the price was very reasonable and the decorated space was unique. The menu had a good variety of food and the food was excellent and delicious. The most interesting part was that we ordered Turkish coffee and tea after the meal, along with sweets. It was very good and unique. The staff was very polite. My fiancé and I had a nice and romantic day.“

“Wonderful people, excellent service, great food. Our group just kind of showed up and they had no problem accommodating all of us for lunch. We will definitely be going there again. 14 people in our group and all different food orders, everyone was happy with their food and everything tasted wonderful! “Local gem...where do I begin? Food is always made fresh to order. Love the gyros but the tuna melt is a close second. Unfortunately we moved to Arizona but ALWAYS drop in when we come home to visit. The staff and especially the owner always greet us with a friendly smile...gosh I miss my weekly visits here. Looking forward to my next visit in the Spring.“

“The staff was extremely friendly! That alone will get me to spend my money with you. The food was pretty tasty as well! I started eating it before getting pictures. I had the chicken shawarma wrap, gyro bowl and lemon cilantro fries. It was all good and just what I wanted! Plenty of food left over for tomorrow! Oh and make sure to get the pita bread yum!“

“The food , portion sizes , and prices are great but the chairs are unpadded and feel like sitting on cold concrete. On a cold day it's just as cold in the dine in area. as it is outside. Please turn up the heat out of consideration for the senior customers.“

“Came here for breakfast while visiting Chicago, and the food did not disappoint. We ordered the halwa puri and the omelette with paratha — both were delicious and served in generous portions. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for authentic Karachi-style nashta!“

“Went looking for a new place to eat when we found this place. The food was delicious and the waitress was very attentive and nice. She brought out some free fries for my 2 year old son and gave him a few pieces of candy for after his meal. We'll definitely be returning!“
