“Bamboo garden is a hidden gem inside of a first I almost passed it by well, I'm glad I didn't. This place has been a local gem ever since Number One Chop Suey in Oak Forest closed this is. My new go-to for Chinese food. I had the chicken walnut dinner spicy and my friend had beef. Broccoli, both dishes were very good. The restaurant itself was clean. However, they did seem a bit unexpectedly short-staffed for our visit. I would go back. I would recommend it to local friends.“

“We recently visited for my bday on 5/31. The decor is beautiful and the service was stellar! Everyone was attentive and friendly. Our hibachi chef was amazing. He was extremely entertaining and super accommodating. He made our hibachi dinner experience the best we have ever had. The food was perfect and great portion sizes. My son even ordered Spider rolls and said they were amazing! My two teens and 1yr old enjoyed it immensely! Thank you all for the great celebration. We will be back for sure!!! Highly recommend to all!!“

“This has been my favorite restaurant for 25+ years. Their service and food are of the highest quality. They are better than any hibachi restaurant and I will only go here for hibachi. The garlic lobster and shrimp are out of this world. I have even gotten taken out numerous of times and it’s still just as delicious!“

“Been here a few times now and got their sushi lunch special. Decent sushi at decent price. It's a small carry out with 2 booths. Not intentionally for dine in. They're always friendly and nice. “On Thursday, 5/30, my wife and I had dinner at the restaurant. Our favorite server, Rita, was assisting us. During our meal, we witnessed a front desk employee yelling at Rita and slamming his hands on the table, causing a significant disturbance that was noticeable to many patrons. Despite this unprofessional behavior, Rita maintained her composure and continued to provide exceptional service. Her professionalism and dedication to her customers were commendable. We will definitely return, thanks to Rita's outstanding service.“

“Went here for my friend's birthday on a weekend right at dinner time. I booked at reservation and was seated almost immediately. The staff was very friendly and our chef on the grill kept the mood lively. The staff also gave my friend a nice birthday shoutout, even though I let them know it was their birthday, no idea what they were going to do so it was a pleasant surprise. I'd definitely go again and try the steak. As a person with a sensitive stomach, everything was really flavorful without any of the oil or butter triggering anything.“

“I had the deep fried dragon roll, my husband has the Kung Pao chicken, and we also ordered the chicken and broccoli for my son.

He said this is the best Kung Pao chicken he's ever had and that's usually all he ever orders when it's offered. The wasabi for my roll is some of the best and most evenly flavored and has a kick! This is our new favorite place to go. Prices are fair and service is excellent and complimented by a beautiful environment.

“Food is fresh and excellent. I find it to be one of the best in the area. Non greasy, good flavor, service is ok, but when they attend to you, you have their undivided attention. I have been there a few times, and it does not vary. It is also very clean, with large tables and booths.“

BUT I JUST ENJOY COMING TO THIS FAST FOOD JOINT IT IS DIFFERENT FROM THE USUAL BURGERS AND CHICKEN PLACES.
