“Had early dinner at the Big Grove and was completely blown away. Food was excellent with a variety of menu items that had me wishing my stomach was a bit bigger. I sat at the bar as I was dining alone and the bartender did a great job of explaining the various items I inquired about as well as suggesting a perfect craft beer pairing. I only get to Champaign a couple of times a year, but this will be my go-to anytime in the area.“

“Stumbled across this gem on accident today! This place is Amazing! The guy working was super nice (and gave me Swiss cheese instead of American :) ) I got the fat walk of shame and it was sooooooo good!!! He even let me pick music to listen to! “They changed the recipe of the fries and I am devastated. We went from thin, crunchy, delicious fries with garnish to the basic french fries with no flavor. They’re only good with dipping sauce or another food item. I used to ONLY order french fries, but not anymore because they don’t taste the same. ? THEY ALSO RAISED THE PRICE FROM $2.50 TO $3.00!!!! ?“

“Smoked pulled pork was good! service and establishment did not care that they made 1/2 our order incorrectly, despite being entered by the server correctly. unfortunately I had to ask to not pay for the wrong food. we waited 30 minutes for chips and cheese, but got it within 3 minutes after mentioning it to them again and seeing a table that arrived after us receive a fried appetizer before us....no apologies or care. sad to see.“
