“I HAD TO EDIT MY REVIEW. Here is the original: Covid 19 or not, customer service is still required. Everytime i call the hours change and there is no bone-in chicken. The last time I called 12-11-2020 person answered phone, i asked to order, he mumbled hold or no. I waited and the phone eventually hung up. I called back twice and it rang until automated answer pickes up. I guess we will never know if they have good krispy krunchy chicken.FINALLY WAS ABLE TO ORDER AFTER A MONTH OF WAITING. DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT! GREAT CHICKEN WITH GREAT FLAVOR. WAFFLE FRIES MAC N CHEESE AND JAMBALAYA ARE BOMB ALSO. AND THOSE BISCUIT ARE AMAZING. Seem the business is struggling in the area and only has one employee so hours are currently limited. Call ahead and order for lunch! So good and good pricing“

Tremont location is not the closest to my home or work but I will continue to drive a little out of my way because of the service given and the cleanliness of the restaurant!“

“This was my first time coming here. I had asked another popular taco chain yesterday if they had served regular tacos in the morning for a party my son was having at school. I was told yes, indeed. I got there at popular food chain and was told no, they do not. I came to Taco John's, they were friendly, fast. I will definitely come back! Thank you for being life savers!“

“So much better than Steak 'n Shake well now that Steak 'n Shake has no staff. Till Steak 'n Shake brings back a wait staff this is pretty much the same food but hot , fresh and cheaper, will just go to Freddy's!“

“Never had any issues going here. They are quick and accurate. One time we had three orders (one ticket) through drive through. They were all roast beef + fries. By the time we got to the window it was all ready. Insane speed with the right order. No loss on food quality for that specific order as well. Eating in the lobby also has a quick turnaround.

Would recommend if you are into Arby's food.“

“Literally just left there & When I Tell Y’all Hailey In The Drive Through Did So Well That I’m Typing This And Haven’t Even Made It Home Yet ! I was a bit difficult I know because I do not eat here at all so I had so many questions and was changing my order etc ( not purposely being annoying ) but I just wasn’t sure , even tho they were busy not once did she get frustrated with me she was so nice and sweet about it and answered all my questions , even getting to the window she greeted me with the most beautiful smile and welcoming vibe I felt so valued as a customer because of her and my food is hot fresh and amazing for ! This was an excellent 1st experience for me and I don’t even live this way but I will drive 20 minuets just to come eat here again because of her service !! She’s so amazing I’m young myself & it’s hard finding people who genuinely care and it’s makes the company look so nice 🫶🏿“

“This is the first time I've ever been in this burger brand, so I ask The cashier (Jocelyn) to recommend me something from the menu, and she was so kind to recommend me The spicy chicken sandwich, The place is clean, service is fast.

The place is packed but not as loud as I expected.

All the employees smile at you when they see you.

The food is good, good taste.

“Look it’s a hole in the wall and it looks like it but you won’t be disappointed with the food and friendly workers, if they get your order wrong they fix it immediately and are always kind! The food is 10/10 highly recommend Anything from the menu (get the gyro sauce to dip your fries!!!!) chicken parm sandwich is to die for!“

“I go to this Potbelly's a couple times a month. Usually take my wife and grandkids. We all love the food. You walk through to order and pick out what toppings you want on top. Try the Wreck and Italian sandwiches. My 11 year granddaughter loves the regular Italian with all the regular toppings, but no hot peppers. The big pickle is good. Give it a try.“

“I have not ate here in a long time. I live in another city and happened to be in Pekin. Ordering was fine -My order was 2 chili dogs with chili only, small fry and a coke. I just thought the wait was extra long. There was no cars behind me for quite some time but it did take quite a long wait. Food was good - just an extra long wait.“

“It's been awhile since I've been in this subway it looks like they had gotten a nice remodel. I noticed that it was very clean and the veggies were neatly stocked and fresh. The young man working provided great customer service. Sandwichs were good and tasted very fresh.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious!
