“My wife and I go to Dunk Donuts almost every morning. For less than the price of Starbucks we get a dozen donut holes and two of their blended Carmel latte drinks. 🍩 We love Dunk Donuts! Can’t begin to say enough good things about this place…not gas station food, custom fresh made to your liking off their full menu. Doughnuts were great, flapjacks were outstanding. Great variety of coffee products - regular, cold brew, lattes etc. The staff were warm and friendly, making you feel at home and explaining the menu to you. Met the co-owner, wonderful lady with passion for this place. Can’t believe it has been open for over 2 years. Great kept little secret. Will be back to try more of the menu!“

“I wish I took pictures, but we ate everything so quickly… IT’S JUST SO GOOD! We had the Korean hotdogs, mochi donuts and boba coffee and milk tea. Every week they have different mochi donut flavors, try them all! For the Korean hotdogs, you choose your flavor, then if you want mozzarella/sausage, and a dipping sauce. Also, the actual location is cute and inviting with extra seating in the back. Highly recommend!“

We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. “I have now been to Juicy-O twice to meet with my mom for lunch, and each time has been a delightful experience. I discovered the charred beef tips breakfast meal the first time and now I am addicted. I had to order it again the second time I came and it was just as good. The coffee was tasty and replenished often. The service was excellent with friendly staff that were very attentive. Is it wrong I am already looking forward to my next time visiting Juicy-O? I really like most mochi I've tried and had heard of mochi donuts; I had not gone out of my way to try them, though, until a food blogger I like wrote a bit about them, saying he liked them because they were not as sweet as typical donuts. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the customer service is at this Dunkin’! I’m not sure if the gentleman who is usually at the drive-thru window is the manager or the owner, but he is absolutely phenomenal. He goes above and beyond every time, and what means the most to me is how kind and patient he is with my dog, who can be reactive and protective. That level of kindness and understanding is rare to find these days, and it truly goes a long way. It’s not just about coffee here—it’s about community, and that’s exactly what he brings. “The soft-spoken woman who makes the cakes at this location is one of the kindest people I've encountered in a food service setting in my whole life. I cannot reconcile the negative reviews posted here with my experiences at all. This month, I spent $100 at this specific location on two separate custom orders (cakes, etc), and they did a *perfect* job. They will continue to get my business.“

“I always go in the afternoon around 5:30pmish and this is genuinely the best and most consistent Dunkin I’ve been to. A lot of other locations you can only hope it taste remotely close but these baristas always make my drink taste absolutely spot on.“

“I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

“This is my Dunkin for sure. I always get my coffee extra extra and it always is perfect here no matter what size i get. I also LOVE my Charlie Drink and i am so THANKFUL this location also makes it perfect no matter the size.

For some reason other dunkins tend to miss the mark depending on the size and are not consistent with the flavor of the drink.

Staff is always friendly, this the cherry on top to get my morning started.

“this Dunkin has such poor customer service. I watch the manager tell this kid that they couldn't make him something because the ovens were down for cleaning. As I sat there for at least 30 min, not one person went to the ovens to start cleaning them. this is not the only time I noticed stuff like this.“

“I went to this Dunkin location twice this morning during a layover- delayed- canceled flight nightmare. The service was incredible. There was only one person working and he was slinging lattes, donuts, coffee, complicated sugary drink order from a bunch of high school kids like it was nothing. And he was smiling the whole time. I tipped him big both times because he was working his tail off. I seriously don’t know how he was getting drinks donuts and a smile out so fast. He was like an octopus back there. And not to mention I’m sure I wasn’t the only customer with flight issues so people likely weren’t that friendly and he was smiling the whole time.“

“I am in Illinois for 6 weeks and miss DD. I absolutely LOVE 💕 their coffee ☕. I go back to The Thumb in Michigan after Christmas 🎄 and will make my own DD coffee I buy from Meijer's just to have it. This Dunkin Donuts in Hinsdale is located on the way to my Mom's place and I stop 🛑 daily when I go to see her. I love the ladies who work there 🥰.“
