I was disappointed because the cheese tasted like it came out of a jar and the meat didn't have the crispy edges that the commercial lured me in with. If I order again, I will hold the cheese and see if they can cook the meat a little longer“

Been going here for years in addition to Bensenville, Wooddale,Fox Lake & various other locations. I actually did a review of several DQ's & Addison is tops. When I went for the first time I needed a seller because this work like self service, they help me and were so kind. Cookies are expensive but so delicious. The store is too small and it’s confuse because there are two lines, one for order and one for pickup, because of the size of the store it’s kind a mess“

“I've been going to Red Mango every week for over a year and they have the best acai bowls. Staff are friendly and the place is clean. Their menu is extensive and I have never had a problem. All the customers I encounter seem to be satisfied.“

“I was waiting for my cookies when I observed a worker who was rolling dough. She stepped away from the dough table, and went on her personal phone, then immediately went back to touching the dough. Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food. Just wanted to be sure it doesn’t happen again. That’s gross.“
