“Pie Hard nailed our son & daughter in laws rehersal dinner. From the private tasting at Pie Hard to the amount of food & flavor & variety & buffet presentation was top notch! Every person in attendance raved about the food (and got to take some home to due to the amazing quantity) There were lots of 2nd trips through the line. Megan was very quick to respond and attentive in the entire planning process. Well done Pie Hard!! Well done!!“

“I am updating this Review. My previous review was one star on each one after having the same sandwich completely butchered twice in one week and no, I did not ask for a refund either time. But today I decided I really wanted the sandwich. I didn't want to drive to a different town to get it so I ordered it and let me tell you I am so pleasantly surprised not only did they make it correctly, but they even gave me extra sauce and pepperoncini'a on the side and that was not necessary. It was not something that was paid for so I appreciate that 100% I don't know who it was at the window. He was kind respectful and whoever made the food obviously time and was also thoughtful about it so I am updating this review because I am pleasantly surprised with, how the service was today and unless something happens will stay the way it is. ☺️“

“The best pizza I've had in the US, beaten only by the shit I had in Europe (Italy and Greece)—highly recommend the Beast of Burden. The brewery is quite cool, and their drinks are great. Nice live music. Definitely a must-visit place in Waterloo.“

“We ordered pizza tonight and some sides for future delivery. The driver was on time and very polite. He had called me to let me know they were out of one of the sodas I’d ordered. Since I didn’t pickup, he brought one of everything they had in stock to let me choose. I wish I would have asked his name. I hope he sees this. You obviously love your job. It’s not everyday that someone in customer service goes above and beyond the way you did. You’re amazing and your parents should be very proud of the kind young man they raised 💙“
