The twin medallions of beef are delicious but not substantial. The white fish is the best dish on the mine!“

“What an outstanding Restaurant! I had my daughter's bridal shower at Mio Modo and Michael, the Manager, took care of every detail that I was looking for. The food was excellent, from the appetizer-Calamari to the main meal-Pollo al Limone and Vodka Pasta, to the dessert Tiramisu!! So delicious!! The staff was very attentive and professional. “Riganato played host to a wonderful 90th birthday luncheon for my Mother (from nearby St. Charles) in their back room this past Sunday afternoon, with just enough capacity for 24 people.

Food was excellent, as expected, from sandwiches and pizza to outstanding fish entrees, menu specials, and pastas. Service was very attentive and kind. No extra fees or surprises whatsoever.

“My husband and I had our 1st meal inside the restaurant. We’d dined on the patio several times. We loved the ambiance inside. We began with the burrata appetizer-outstanding. Rachel, our server, was phenomenal, I liked her so much I even asked her to help me "customize" my pasta dish, which she happily did (and it turned out great! The lobster diavolo but with vodka sauce...keeping the spice level.) Caesar salad good but not traditional...and missing anchovies (I know, I'm weird. Very fresh ingredients though.) We were a party of 6 and everyone loved their food. Reasonable prices too. Will definitely be back! Only wish it weren't so cramped inside.“

“I worked for Francesca’s, the Italian restaurant, for over 12 years and loved the food there. When I ate I Sonny’s, I told the owner that the chopped salad and pasta that I had at Sonny’s was better than Francesca’s 100%. The dressing on the salad was unmatched, and the bolognese sauce had such depth to it, it was insane. Thanks Sonny’s!!“

The food is plentiful and spectacular. We tried different pasta dishes and several sharing plates, and absolutely everything was delicious. Generous portions, authentic flavor, and impressive quality. The Negronis were also very well prepared.“

“Recently celebrated a 70th birthday with the D'Alexander family. What a great event. The staff could not have been nicer, and attentive. You only thought you might need something at the table and it would appear out of no where. The food was all home made and you could tell made from traditional old recipes and a lot of love thrown in. You feel like you are in a small cafe in Italy. If you want a great Italian dining experience please take the time to enjoy Made In Italy, because my wife and I plan to go back.“

“It’s a nice place to eat. Unfortunately there was a party of 10 celebrating a birthday. They was very loud and obnoxious. Couldn’t really enjoy the atmosphere. Staff didn’t tell them to lower their voices. Maybe they need a special room away from the front so that other paying customers can enjoy their meals and conversations.“

“My husband and I owned a mobile Hot Dog Stand I ran it in Northwest Indiana. I sold Bari Beef Sandwiches. I was famous for my Beef sandwiches . I have and will always swear by Bari Beef!!!! We have moved all over the country the last 9 years and just moved to Bartlett Illinois. I just found out I live only 9.8 miles from Bari factory store …… I think I have died and gone to Heaven!!! On a side note. I had a deal for all new customers who questioned whether I had the best beef sandwiches.
