“Ive been to newmerious Subways, for a franchise store, each one seems to vary differently in more ways than one, all i can say in certancey the West Frankfort is by far the most curtious and cleanest Subway ive had the pleasure of eatting at.Thank you all at the W-F location.“

“Tonight me and my husband decided subway sounded good, we were helped by a lovely young lady named Danny she was absolutely amazing so sweet, she was very friendly and had a good attitude and made great conversation while making our food. She deserves some sort of reward like a raise. Definitely will be coming back. Management tho….definitely could be better the list of things they were out of was insane. But overall great experience and good food. I cannot get over how sweet and welcoming Danny was !“

“Good quality sandwiches as expected from a Subway. This is a typical Subway store: clean bathrooms and floors. Reasonably priced sandwiches. They expect tips.

Parking: Parking is limited to just in front of the store.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap spaces in front of the restaurant. The restaurant is on street level.“

“Very clean and friendly staff, we were greeted with smiles and professionalism. Downside was the restrooms were out of order, both men's and women's. So I couldn't give it a 5 star rating at this point. There are hand sanitizers available to clean your hands before you eat. The sandwiches were tasty and very filling. Once they open up the restrooms ? this Subway could easily be a 5 star location. We will definitely be back and willing to modify my review for a 5 staring the future.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of meatless options the veggie patty is an excellent meat alternative.

Parking: Easy parking especially for handicap ♿️“
