“I will give fast food places some grace. Not expecting 5 star service but being just blatantly rude is crazy to me. I pull up and notify them I had a mobile order and a woman responded that they got my order 16 seconds ago and so it obviously wasn’t ready. All I said was I had an order. A gentleman then popped in and asked me nicely to park and I could come inside. It just felt unnecessary to be spoken to that way. I didn’t wait long for my food and got it fast and correctly which I appreciate. I know everyone has a bad day but it’s not right to take it out on customers.“

“I stumbled upon this place by accident and I’m glad I did. The food is the *Byrd Bomb*
I would’ve never thought to put pickles and cole slaw on top of chicken and fries but it works.
My only gripe with the Oak Lawn location, in particular, is the night crew! I have to check my food before I leave because they keep messing up my order. I got all the way home one time and there was no 24k sauce on either order. My bf went in on a Sunday evening around 8pm and was told they weren’t taking any orders, although they were currently preparing an order for someone. The hours state that they close at 9pm so why aren’t you taking orders at 8pm?? Recently I ordered the same thing again, checked before I left and everything looked as it should. However, I get home, and there’s barely any cole slaw on either order. Also, I mentioned no spice on either order. My son mentioned that his was a little spicy and he couldn’t finish it. I noticed mine was spicy as well but could tolerate it. This is ridiculous that my order continues to be incorrect, or you’re turning away business because you don’t want to do your job. Then you try to compensate by giving out free drinks and the order is still incorrect. Not looking to get anyone fired (especially in this economy) but this needs to be looked into.“

“The quality, preparation, & seasoning of the chicken is above any other “fast food” place anywhere around. The rice, corn, and thick cut Cole slaw our three spectacular side dishes that can be ordered alone and stand on their own as well. Now I understand why other people I know (in the restaurant business )are trying to get the franchise with this place because the food is just far above anything else out there. I prefer mild spices, Which this place does perfectly.. I don’t often write reviews about fast food chicken places, This place deserves 10 stars on a five star scale.“

I ordered the fried chicken with rice and gravy, plus a side of their iconic spaghetti, and let me tell you… my taste buds caught the Holy Ghost. The gravy? Smooth, rich, and comforting — like the little cup of communion wine at church, except this time it wasn’t symbolic… it was salvation you could pour over rice. Every spoonful felt sacred. If they passed this out in the pews, attendance would double.

Now the fried chicken? Lawwwd. That chicken was baptized in seasoning and raised in righteousness. The crust cracked like thunder with every bite, revealing meat so juicy it could’ve written its own gospel. The flavor didn’t just sit on the surface — it testified. It sang. It wrapped around my tongue like a Southern choir hitting the final note on Sunday morning. Perfectly seasoned, crispy, and dripping with glory.

And the spaghetti? Sweet, savory, and uniquely Jollibee — like if a Filipino fiesta and your childhood birthday party joined forces. It shouldn’t work as well as it does… but it absolutely does.

“Chicken hands down but they're gyro cheeseburgers is 🔥 too. They kind of fell off on the Italian beefs. They're chicken gizzards and catfish nuggets fried head is a hit too. Yet, they need to understand that everybody don't like lemon pepper. Put it on the side and let one decide if they want it.“

“They go above and beyond! Management is wonderful and they thoroughly train their employees. I noticed this because when I was in the dining room, I overheard and I really like how clean and friendly they are there! The food is great and I just got the grilled chicken egg sandwich this morning, and it was perfect! Manager came out and I was able to get it in less than a minute! They have a great attitude, even for customers like us that are in a hurry, and they go above and beyond! I wish that this business continues to thrive! Will keep coming back!“

“1st time beign here after passing it every time for the past 10 years. You walk into a clean fresh bright joint greeted by the women. Menu on the tvs are clean. There is no dirty corner to me that screams alott about the place. So super props for that. Ordered a 2 item fish special. Perch & catfish and comes with fried and a slice of bread. Easy on lemon pepper. And double fried. It was a great experience. Food was delicious. I wasn’t expecting this place to be clean the way it was tho.“
