“What an awesome service we received today. Upon entering we were greeted by friendly staff and the drinks came out quickly . We were all impressed by young gentleman named Adam who accommodated our big group by offering to bring us chairs outdoors then indoors when it started to rain without us even asking! Amazing service that definitely deserves a 5 star!! ?“
“I visited the drive-thru late on a Saturday with my 3.5 year old in the backseat. I was super spaced out and indecisive and Chloe was so patient with us despite my daughter’s chattering in the background. The store was out of my go-to oat milk, so she helped me brainstorm some options that I might like as a replacement. When I got to the window to pay, she ended up comping the order for the “inconvenience” I was truly shocked. It was not an inconvenience for me at all but I so appreciated it. As a single and stressed out mom, her compassion truly made my night. I was not expecting that. I rarely spend the money on myself to get a treat at Starbucks. The drink was delicious. Chloe needs some recognition!!“
“This Target Starbucks is one of my favorites. It has all the same coffees that other Starbucks have, had a really friendly and knowledgeable staff, and you can use their app to order ahead or pay at the register. Their rewards are the best too for accumulating stars and redeeming them for free drinks or food. Also really great for getting a drink right before or after shopping,,, great convenience. Keep up the great work everyone at Wheaton's Target Starbucks.“
“The Barista was working all by herself with no other team members to assist her. Yet inspite of the rush she was extremely polite courteous and made sure our orders were delivered quickly as possible. I'm impressed by her tenacity but Starbucks needs to get her a support team“

His outstanding customer service deserves a shoutout, and this guy definitely deserves to be a Supervisor (if he isn’t one already).
