Many of my guests were visiting Glen Ellyn for the first time and absolutely fell in love with this charming wine room. The atmosphere was both relaxed and festive, creating the perfect setting for our celebration. The staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating with both set-up and service.

“What a lovely restaurant! Great food and drink. I ordered the Chicken Avocado Shrimp and Eggs and Pineapple Paloma! They did not disappoint! My food was filled with flavor and cooked perfectly! The chicken and shrimp were a perfect combo. My drink was perfect, as well. It all worked together for a tasty combination. I will definitely be returning to this hidden gem!!“

“I have been here twice now, first time for drinks and apps and second time we threw a private event. This place is adorable, really cute vibes and welcoming atmosphere! Service is great we loved our party bartenders especially Jason who was on top of drinks and service all night during the party! We hosted about 40 people on a Friday night, did a buffet from their list of event menus. Food was great and I heard a lot of the guests complementing the food. The apps I had off of the regular menu were also really good! They have a great wine selection and other beer, seltzers and cocktails so there is something for everyone. Highly recommended for a night out, or private event!“

This place is great! Definitely a faithful clone of the original location.

The food is great - just like the Chicago location.

Only downside is that during the dinner rush on Saturday - this place is LOUD. The food is terrific. The service very friendly and efficient.

“I would give this place 100 stars if able! I had to plan a rehearsal luncheon for my son's wedding in Joliet in mid May with only 2 months notice. Since we live in North Carolina, I had to do all the research online. Thank heaven I came across SixtyFour Reserve Room in a Google search. The manager, Andrew, contacted me right away and was so helpful in making suggestions for our event. Cheryl, the events manager, took over in finalizing all the arrangements. There are so many different options for appetizers, meal combinations, wine, cocktails and beer! Our guests were able to choose their favorites ahead of time. When we arrived on the day of the event, we were so delighted by the venue! Everything I had requested was in place, and Cheryl and our amazing server/bartender, Alex, immediately greeted us and made everyone feel welcome. The appetizers and meals were served efficiently and right on the timeline I had planned. The food was incredibly delicious with a pleasing presentation. Our guests had so much fun with the Wine Stations, and the whiskey lovers appreciated the variety of choices. Everyone raved about how much they enjoyed the food, drink and ambiance. Best of all, I was able to relax and enjoy our guests since all the work was done by Andrew, Cheryl, Alex and the kitchen staff. The cost was very reasonable, especially so close to Chicago. Highly recommended!“

“Truly amazing family owned and operated restaurant. Stopped in to get brunch and they have a nice small menu but plenty of food options for everyone. Opted to go with the Santa Fe skillet and a michelada, skillet was really good and hearty with a good portion of food. The michelada was top notch I think it has to be the best one I’ve had. They do open for dinner as well but have yet to make it, it is under new ownership and the restaurant has been remodeled and upgraded and it looks fantastic. Will be going back to try more items in their menu, would recommend it!“

“Awesome place! Was in the mall with a friend and we decided to do some day drinking so this was perfect. Wide verity of beer, wine and cocktails. Their specialty cocktails change depending on season or holiday. But once you get your drink, you can walk around the mall and enjoy. Their drinks are also strong so you definitely get the worth of the money. Super nice service and employees were very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend?“

“We were a fan of the fabulous food already. But when my husband and daughter planned a surprise Birthday party for me, we were VERY impressed. They said whenever they asked Ricardo for something the only thing they heard was: No problem! OR… Whatever you need! And ALL of our guests complimented the food and most took home doggie bags. “1st visit to MK Steak and we were very impressed. We were seated right away and started with wine and cocktails ( spicy Bees Knees was awesome!). Our server, Chelsea, was knowledgeable, friendly and tentative. Atmosphere was lively but not loud. Both our entrees were cooked to perfection. My husband, who knows his steaks, was pleasantly surprised to hear the steaks are from Meats by Linz. His steak was amazing- great flavor. I had the scallops, which were also very good. The baked French Onion soup was hot and cheese was nicely browned. We were too full for dessert but saw a few being served. So wish I had saved room! We will be back!“
